I was exceptionally impressed with Europa movers during my recent move. The workers were efficient, fast, worked very well together, informed about what they do, funny and happy. I asked them individually over the course of the morning if they liked working for Europa, and all three gave me a very enthusiastic "YES". It showed. A solid, respectable company employs happy workers, and in the end, happy customers. Use Europa, you will not be disappointed.

I initially contacted Europa because of their great reviews on Homestars. I was moving from Guelph to Ottawa and wanted to make sure that I hired movers that were experienced in long distance moving. Well, I wasn’t disappointed. Just like the other reviews I read, these guys delivered what they promised. Mike and his crew were great. They took care of my things and delivered everything with no incident. Thanks Guys! Can't wait to use your company again. You made moving easy!!

My friend referred me to Europa and I was not disappointed. Ray was quick to respond to my questions and the crew were very hard working. They were mindful of my newly finished floors laying down floor protection and taking very good care of my belongings. All in all, they were great and I would definitely use them again.

Europa Moving was outstanding from beginning to end. Ray came to my home in Toronto the day I called to request a quote, and was friendly yet professional. He replied to each of my emails within hours and answered all my questions (and I had many). As I did not want to do the move in one day, which would have meant unloading late at night (in January in Montreal), he offered to load one day and unload the next at no additional cost. Packing boxes were delivered right on time. On moving day, the two movers were extremely efficient, pleasant and hard working. Unloading in Montreal went very smoothly, only one light shade in the building staircase was broken and I received prompt reimbursement upon submission of my receipt. This was a big move for me (from a house to a condo) especially to do on my own, and Europa Moving completely removed any moving day stress. I had interviewed three other companies, and although Europa was slightly more expensive than others (but the price was guaranteed, so there was absolutely no surprise), it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Europa Movers numerous times in the past, and have always been impressed. They are punctual, and call when they are on the way. They are professional, and work very hard at protecting your valuables. I would recommend them for any move.

Europa was very good to deal with. They returned our initial phone call right away and set up an appointment with us the next day to review our home & contents for providing an accurate quote. We were charged the rate that was quoted which was very fair. There were no surprise charges. On moving day, the crew arrived early, was very efficient and also pleasant to deal with. Overall, their service was excellent with prompt follow up on all items and we would recommend them to anyone.

I want to first start by thanking Ray, Mike, Dev and the rest of the crew for an amazing job!! I was really nervous about the move especially since i had read about quite a few horror stories with various companies. I came across Europa on Homestars and decided I'd give them a try based on their high rating and great reviews and they definitely lived up to their standards! The guys were very professional, punctual and had a great sense of humour! Europa did quote me higher than some of the other companies but i was given a flat rate since it was a distance move from Toronto to Ottawa and there was no hidden costs involved which was a total win win. Some of the companies that quoted lower would tell me but it's based on weight so if it's over it would be more or if it took longer hours it would be more and so on. I thought their price was very reasonable considering the work that was involved and the quality of their work! The movers were very atttentive to our home and belongings and took great care in ensuring everything was wrapped properly. I was amazed when they called me the day of the move to tell me that they would be running 15 min late, i thought it was quite professional considering they were only 15 min late. They arived at our new home in Ottawa at the exact time they said they would and waited patiently for half an hour for our agent to come drop off the keys. As far as our furniture, there was no damage worth mentioning! they took such great care with our furniture that everything arrived as it should! Thanks Guys for all your hard work especially to Mike and Dev who did both the move in Toronto and drove down to Ottawa to deliver and assemble the furniture for us the next day, you guys were amazing!! :) My husband and I were extremely satisifed with Europa and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends and using them again in the future! After speaking with Ray, we scheduled a weekday move and the movers were there right on time. Ray was very helpful and friendly, as were the two movers. I was a bit worried because we live on the fourth floor of an apartment building with no elevator and narrow steps, but the guys worked like machines and had everything moved from the apartment into the new house quite quickly, taking care to protect our valuables and furniture. Overall the move went great and we are now settling in nicely. Thanks to Europa and their team for a smooth moving experience!

After a lengthy and difficult process of selling and buying a house, we searched for a company that would make the move as painless and stress-free as possible. We came across Europa Movers after reading the reviews on Home Stars and contacted them.We weren't dissappointed. Ray was extremely helpful and always willing to answer questions or alleviate concerns. On the day of the move, the crew arrived earlier than scheduled. They were a strong, cheerful and respectful team. They worked tirelessly until the move was completed. In our new house they went out of their way to place some furniture items exactly where we wanted them. We were highly satisfied with the way the move was conducted and would not hesitate an instant to call Europa Movers again if we needed to. Thank you so much Ray and gang. Customer service beyond expectations. It’s easy enough to state the obvious things you expect from your movers, that they be professional, on time etc. The stand-outs for me were the attention to wrapping furniture, cushions, and mirrors, that they were personable and took great care. I had a bit of a challenging move, it took three attempts to successfully deliver my sofa due to the configuration of my new place. Each time they arrived at my door they were equally as pleasant and I honestly think as happy as I was when in the end we figured out a way to make it work! I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before; these guys are exceptional at what they do.
