Communication with Ray on the phone and by email was excellent. He helped us work out the details of our move both to storage and to our new house. The movers were a team of earnest, strong and pleasant guys. They were punctual, worked steadily, disassembled and reassembled items without direction and stored items appropriately. All in all they were very competent and we were pleased with the service.

We recently made our first big move, from Montreal to Toronto; and thanks to Europa the experience was quite smooth and practically stress free. Having shopped around online, the professionalism, dependability and service of Europa won me over. Ray was a rock star, handling my (many!) questions; putting my mind to rest given the long distance move. On the day, Dev and Mike were the most pleasant, personable and professional movers I'd met. They worked well together and their efficiency really impressed us. Our things were wrapped carefully and watching them work put my mind at ease. Our belongings were taken to Toronto that afternoon and loaded into a locker the next day. As with all moves, budget is an issue, but Europa's service and standards are worth it. A big Thank You to the whole team for doing a great job!

Right from the beginning I knew this company's philosophy on customer service was far superior to any moving company I'd ever encountered before - and I've encountered a lot of moving companies. I had to place 95% of my belongings in storage while I purchased my new home and completed renovating it. They wrapped, and double wrapped my precious belongings and made a very long moving day easy for me. They made every effort to accommodate me while my items were in storage as well. If I needed anything they put their guys on it to look for it and have it ready for me when I got there. You don't get that kind of service at a regular storage facility. Rocky and Ray...and the rest of your crew...you're the best!! You may not want to hear this, but I'll be using you again.

I'd like to personally thank Rocky, the current owner of Europa Moving & Storage and his hardworking team on a successfull and stress-free (no damage) move recently. I have used and recommend Europa to friends for the last ten years when it was operated by Joe and I was quite hesitant in trying someone new. Rocky quickly alleviated my fears. Based on our conversations it was obvious he had a disposition to detail and organization, I had no doubt I was in the hands of a professional. Moving from a two storey house to a three storey townhouse. Three young men and a big truck. In short, they were courteous, professional and did a bang up job withing banging any of my stuff. They even hoisted my box spring up to the third floor deck when it wouldn't fit up the stairs. I thought the move would take four hours but my much-smarter-than-me real estate agent said it would probably take eight. She was right. I would completely recommend them. They are not cheap, but you get great service. Make sure you remind them to bring wardrobe boxes though. They forgot to bring the eight-to-ten I asked for and that made getting our clothes in the truck a real pain in the ass.

We cannot thank Rocky, Coremark and all the folks at Europa enough. From the very start they were the epitome of price transparency, and friendly efficient service. When we asked for boxes, more boxes, packing materials, they always delivered by the next day. On moving day they were there right on time, and took the amount of time promised. When we made changes including a delayed move in and required storage at the last minute, they accommodated and still kept the price reasonable. The actual moving price is a simple and transparent amount per hour, so you can precisely estimate the eventual cost. Finally, they are all friendly, relaxed and have a sense of humour which is very important on a day as stressful as moving day. Special thanks to Coremark and all the other guys, whose names we missed, but still genuinely appreciated.

Seldom to people take the time to appreciate the good work & dedication of others. And more often than not, will take the time to criticize and find fault. I found Europa moving company through homestars and was very impressed with the testimonials they received. I personally spoke to the owner, Rocky, and was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness over the phone. We booked the moving with his company, which took place yesterday. He and his associate, Ray, didn’t just show up on time, but 20 minutes earlier than booked. The care with the furniture, which included wrapping and covering with blankets, showed they respected my property. I can only say that moving which is usually one of the most stressful experiences, was not so because of the superlative service we experienced with Rocky & Ray from start to finish. These are the best movers I have ever had, and I have moved many times, including across North America. They were polite, personable and very hard working. I will never use another moving company.
