For the moving day I requested a team of three as the website recommended that this was the best price point. They showed up on time, but with four movers. I figured it wasn't that big of a deal since they'd get done faster. I was trying to be conscience about cost more so than time. Having little furniture and all boxes prepared and ready to go, there was no delay with the move process. In fact one of the movers told me this was one of the best prepared moves he had worked. They moved quickly and showed care for the TV's, lamps, wood furniture, etc.. The move out went fast. The move in was choreographed nicely. Being a new home they transitioned the furniture in a protected area of the front entry. There were minimal rain and dirty shoe issues on that very cold day. The actual move time was just over 5 hours. Overall I am pleased with the move.

EM crew showed up on time the first day and got us moved into our temporary housing in a very professional and timely manner. They set up all of the furniture and beds in the new home using a three man crew. The following Monday Rob and his crew of 3 men showed up early and worked for about seven hours packing our belongings and moving them to temporary storage. We got three bids and this company was priced the best. Very professional, cordial, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, flexible and easy to work with. We couldn't have been happier with everyone we encountered from this company. You could tell that all of the crew members worked well together and enjoyed their job. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Europa Movers moved our household from a three bedroom apartment into a new house. They quoted a cost and time of delivery after taking the time to view the apartment and contents to be moved. They communicated to us multiple times on where they were in the moving process and showed up right on time. Europa Movers was tasked with packing and moving the contents of a three bedroom apartment. They brought in a large team to pack and quickly ready everything for the move. They packed everything carefully and disassembled the necessary furniture items. Upon delivery they carefully unpacked and reassembled all of our items. They made this moving experience painless for us. Not a single dent, ding or broken item. We have never experienced that from a a moving company before. Accidents do happen but not on this day. The movers were extremely professional but friendly and very careful with the items they were moving. We would highly recommend Europa Movers to everyone. It is not easy to find a good moving company and we have experienced several bad ones in the past. We will only use Europa Movers going forward.

Joe and Andrey did a two man and truck move for me. They were exactly on time. They are friendly guys, and know exactly what they are doing. They wrapped and moved my furniture in a more careful manner than warranted for stuff from Ikea. I had a extra large appliance that I was moving as well, and they were totally cool with that. I had to pay a bit extra for the appliances and a piano that I have, but it was less expensive than what I paid in my last three moves. It was a good deal. I would absolutely use these guys again - heartily recommend.

The Europa Moving Team were actually one of the be best movers I've ever use. The job ended up being more involved than I had initially planned when I booked them and had even squeezed me into the schedule because they were so busy at that time. With the extra work I needed done, they called someone else to help and got a bigger truck out to my site and put everything where I wanted it at the new place. They were very friendly, respectful and they worked hard the whole time, all of them. Their price was really good. They really were good at returning calls and doing what they could to work me into the schedule. They were on time, they called me before hand, they let me know where they were and when they will be arriving.

The truck and two men showed up at 8:00 am as agreed on, after looking at what had to be done they both started working and didn't stop except to help the other man carry some of the big, heavy, or awkward pieces to the truck. Since we had different men each day we weren't sure if the second day would go as smoothly as the first but it didn't matter all four workers were very hard working and careful of our belongings, nothing was broken!!! They put a cover on the carpet so as not to damage it with the wheels from the hand trucks and dollies. It was very relaxing to move without problems or pressure that something would go wrong. When we moved from Burlington last year we had broken glass in the dining room breakfront, the glass table top for the dining room table, a corner table top, and a couple of vases by another company so you can understand our concerns. We would definitely use Europa again and recommend them to friends.

We were not disappointed! With only 2 weeks notice the exact date we wanted to move was arranged. Andrey, the driver, was an excellent supervisor of the crew. Any item we did not have in a box the movers thoroughly wrapped in our home so we could see it was done properly. They were extremely respectful of our items, particularly anything we had labeled fragile. Andrey kept in good communication with us regarding his estimated arrival time. He was actually one hour earlier than promised. Unloading went smoothly and the crew was very accommodating to our wishes of where we wanted items placed. And, just an example of attention to detail, Andrey noticed we were placing some of our furniture on a wood floor now (where before we had carpet) so he gave us felt pads to place under our table and chairs so they would not scratch the new wood floor. Most importantly, we would use Europa Moving again and highly recommend them to anyone! We truly benefitted from and really appreciated the pride they take in their service.

Rudy came out himself to give us the estimate; he was very professional, courteous and friendly. We received their estimate via email within a couple of hours. The movers showed up right on time, and to a person everyone was very friendly, polite, and extremely efficient. They packed and loaded our entire 4000 sq ft house (we had packed books, clothing and kitchenware ourselves before they arrived), drove an hour and a half up to Toronto (from London ON), then unloaded everything into the new place within about 7 hours (including a lunch break). All the furniture was moved into our new house or the garage (as the basement wasn't finished yet) and placed where we directed; the guys were very willing to rearrange the furniture as we asked. Nothing was damaged or lost. We have moved house a number of times over past fifteen year, and this entire experience was the easily the smoothest move we've ever had. We would certainly recommend Europa to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly company.

Europa Movers did an outstanding job with our move. It is very impressive how they handled a move that turned out much trickier than expected. We had quite a few loose items (we should have packed more into boxes) but the real challenge was the following: we had the freight elevator in our condo building booked and confirmed. However, ten minutes before the movers arrived, we learned that the freight elevator was broken. Andrei and his team moved everything in the two-bedroom condo through the hallway, through the passenger elevator, through the lobby, up and down a short flight of stairs, through another long hallway, around the building, into the loading by. All this was done safely without any damage to our belongings or the building. The team was always friendly, confident and professional, and the work went smoothly despite mounting time pressure - there was another move scheduled in the afternoon, and the service key for the passenger elevator was not ours for the whole day. At the destination, our movers assembled the furniture quickly and carefully. I should mention that the move happened on the hottest day in this summer so far! Europa Movers turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth move. A 10/10 rating is highly deserved.

Peter from Europa came out and gave me a bid, it sounded reasonable, so I went with it. I have moved many times in my life, but never with a professional company. I always had friends help before. Since I consider this to be my last move and wasn't up to the stress of supervising friends (although I had offers), I wanted something easier. Easier It was! The team arrived 10 minutes early, moved quickly and FAST! In a half day I was into my condo. The only thing that went wrong was that they had not gotten 2 small pieces of furniture. I can understand the confusion, as one was a free standing small chest in the bathroom, the other a plant stand. The other reason I could understand the issue was that I wasn't taking everything in the house. I contacted them and they did everything they could to get those 2 small pieces to me, which was a trip from Aurora just for them. Peter gave me total confidence from the moment I met him and on the phone when he fixed the "mix up." He was not involved on site at the move, but his team members were very professional. I would use them again, but my next move will be a long time away :)
