Europa Crew called and let me know they were on their way. Punched clock when they started moving my furniture and showed me when they stopped the clock the minute they ended the move. On the initial phone call, they were very upfront and clear about pricing and clearly restated the order of the move I explained on the phone. When the movers arrived, they took time to understand what was to be moved and where. They wrapped furniture, as well as all of our equipment; were professional, pleasant, and steady workers.

Europa Moving did a good job of unloading our truck and moving furniture and boxes into my mom's apartment. It took 5 hours which was very reasonable given the apartment was on the 3rd floor and the 26-foot truck was completely full. The 3-man crew was courteous, punctual, careful with furniture, and did not stop working until the job was finished. I was charged the hourly rate and fees as previously agreed to -- no hidden fees or extra charges. All of our belongings were unloaded with no damages. I would recommend Europa Moving for anyone in the GTA area needing help with loading or unloading.

Peter (the supervisor) was responsive to my need to have this job done and scheduled it for two days after I called him. He alerted me to the fact that the job couldn't be done until late in the afternoon and I was okay with that. He called the night before and again the day of the move to let me know the crew was running late and did I want to reschedule. I did not- so the crew came at 3:30 pm and took 4 hours to complete the entire unloading and placement of furniture. Joe, Rudy and Chris did the lugging of furniture and boxes to various places in the house and garage-- working constantly. They were polite, respectful ,and hard workers. They knew how to move fragile pieces and furniture so there was no damage to any items. Great job Europa and your prices are definitely ones of the lowest I could find!

I have only used one other moving company recently and they had damaged the front door and we still have not had them repair it SO....I was a little leery of using another moving company. We would have moved the items ourselves but due to urgency to get the items moved I had to find someone I felt would get the job done and I felt confident in. I talked to Andrey, owner of Europa Moving, and we discussed times and pricing. Because Andrey was so reassuring I decided to use their service. He called several times to confirm our agreement and make sure everything was on track. My son is the one who was moving the items and he was very pleased with the way they handled his items and how nice and professional the crew was. They were on time and did not waste time once they arrived....they were very professional...We will use them again.

The moving company "Europa" provided excellent service and support at every step form scheduling the move, providing an estimate, replying to my questions promptly and showing up on time. The movers were very careful with our stuff and worked methodically and quickly loading the contents of our three bedroom house. When unloading, they made sure our furniture and boxes were situated where we wanted them. Best of all, the final cost came in significantly lower than estimate.

Europa contacted me twice to confirm my move out date prior to their arrival. Andrey provided his estimate in advance based on his very reasonable hourly scale. The day of my move out, Andrey was 45 minutes early and ready to work. Andrey and Joe worked well together with great concern and care for my belongings. They were very conscientious about not hitting the walls and scuffing the paint. Perfection! It was blazing hot today and not once did I hear either one of them complain. They asked if I needed help moving anything around as I was arranging my things and asked at the end of the move if I needed additional help with anything. Joe even walked my 10' ladder to the loft i moved out of when I had every intention of doing so myself. I was impressed with their service, expeditious manner, friendly demeanor and professionalism. Most of one truck contents went to storage. Remainder went to 3 BR apartment. Rob and crew did an excellent job. Very hard workers. Well organized and took care of the items they were moving. 3 BR on upper level had to be moved down spiral stairs. Apartment had elevator but we had a large armoire and couch that were two large for the elevator and the guys moved these up three flights of stairs in an enclosed stairwell with no complaints. The crew worked until the job was complete. Would definitely hire Europa Movers again.

I learned about Europa Moving & Storage from a friend who is in the shipping business. He had a great experience so we went with his recommendation. We were not disappointed! My first call was to Joe. He was able to help us get out of our house on fairly short notice (~1 month) and had great communication. When the guys showed up to move us out it was a nasty hot/humid day. They cranked! It was impressive to watch these guys go. They handled our stuff with care and did a great job of wrapping our furniture/fragile items. Storage was a breeze. I was able to see the vaults when I went to their warehouse to pick up free boxes. Great offering! Super helpful! After three months of temporary housing over the summer we were finally about to move in. Andrey, Rob Rudy and Joe were super professional, nice, careful and even accommodated my wife's request to remove their shoes when coming in the house. There was a small snafu with a double charge on my CC, but one call to Joe and it was taken care of. He even sent me the refund receipt in the mail. These guys are the total package when it comes to moving. We would HIGHLY recommend Europa Moving & Storage! Great experience! 10 Stars!

Very nice crew of young men. They were divided into two groups and because the weather was so bad and the floors in the house were just refinished, the crew brought furniture, boxes, etc. to the door and into the foyer and onto (cardboard covered) landing and the other crew of two (lucky guys staying warm) moved all the furniture to its proper resting place. The only damage that we had was discovered when our cocker spaniel was carrying around a little piece of broken lamp base in his mouth(its so little that it doesnt even matter to us). We would definitely use Europa Movers again. They were terrific!

Employees from Europa Movers were friendly, courteous and prompt. They were attentive to our concerns with packaging and wrapping up the furniture that would be going into storage. They were conscientious regarding the accurate placement of our furniture and boxes exactly where we wanted them. We have only partially completed our moving with them (at this time) as we have another move forthcoming in which they will deliver the stored furniture, move additional furniture and boxes, when we have our final move. We don't anticipate issues as the first move went smoothly.
