It start s Christmas Eve when my electrical outlets started dying one by one. I called Expert Electric and didn't think I would get a response. They sent their electrician Brad, who was courteous, respectful of my home and who saved me money. He fixed my problem, and gave me solutions on lowering my next hydro bill. He came again on New Year's Eve, and changed the pot lights in my kitchen and hallway. The job was so expertly handled, I decided to change all my pot lights to LEDs and Brad came a third time, again with the expected professionalism I've grown to expect from him. He even helped out with other stuff that needed tending to. Expert Electric is my go-to company for all my electrical needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Expert Electrical were excellent. I needed an electrician right away and they could accommodate me. The electrician was professional and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends.

We had contacted other electricians and left messages that it was a small job but stuff we weren't comfortable doing ourselves but nobody returned our calls. I sent a request through Expert Electric's website one evening and received a call back first thing the next morning from a friendly lady. Booking a time for a quote was super easy...Brad was going to come take a look on Christmas Eve morning. The office called me the day before to confirm and Brad called me when he was 15 minutes away. When he got there he came in, put on protective booties and walked through the house with us. Brad offered a few suggestions and explained a few things to us. Not once did we ever feel like he was trying to upsell us which was a huge relief. Brad gave us a concise quote for the work that we needed done and he booked us in for New Years Eve. Brad showed up on time on the 31st, brought all the things he would need into the house and got to work. He was just such a nice guy, we were happy to have him in our home. He gave us some suggestions for when we remodel the kitchen and he is going to come back while we're away to install a backdoor security light. We can't say enough good things about Brad and Expert Electric. It can be tricky finding a trades person, you never know if you can trust them. Brad did an inspection of the electrical and gave us a report for our insurance company as well. We are very thankful for finding Expert Electric and will most definitely be calling them again for the next job.

Very pleased with hamid I think his name was. The first man that came to do the estimate of the unit that needed a lot of work stayed just a few minutes and speeded through 2 floors and basement and said we needed new wall electrical outlets. Seemed an odd thing to say when so much obviously needed to be done. He said he would send an estimate. When I eventually phoned to see what was happening I was told he couldn't do any work as there was too much stuff in the way. The unit was trashed but there was no furniture or garbage. It was empty. Maybe he was talking about the kitchen cupboards that were to be torn out. Anyway, hamid came and calmly did a thorough inspection and wrote up the estimate right there, came back and spent 2 days staying late so people could have heat.

Greenhouse heaters not working during a cold spell. Expert electric came right away and was committed to repairing the heaters asap to mitigate the damage to our plants. Great service.

We needed some remedial repairs to qualify for "Medium Risk" for our house insurance. Expert had previously done work for us so we called them again. Mike was prompt, courteous and explained all our options to us when he came for an estimate. He needed some more materials before he could actually start the work so we scheduled that. He returned at the promised time to complete the job.

Very professional service offered. The electrician was on time and very courteous when entering and working within my place. There was one issue tracking down the right part, so the job took longer than expected but I believe this was out of his control. I was presented with options in the end. I am satisfied with the one I took and the work done.

Did requested repairs efficiently. No concerns about work. Have used Expert Electric before and would use them again. As has occurred on previous visits from this company, examined switch breaker box, etc. I was surprised that this time had concerns never raised by previous workers from the same company.

I had lights installed in my kitchen and investigation of unsafe wiring in bathroom. Expert Electric did a fantastic job from the quoting process to the installation. They cleaned up before leaving and the next day the office called to make sure I was satisfied with the appointment. The staff is extremely professional and we're a pleasure to work with. Final price was exactly as quoted.

Needed a ceiling fixture installed and Mike Smith arrived next day as scheduled and completed the job efficiently answering any electrical questions we asked. We have used Expert Electric and Mike in the past and if needed will again. Highly recommend. Linda and Gord Port Moody
