We have done with business with Faulkners on 3 separate occasions. Each time we purchased, we received excellent advice as to which appliances to purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to make a decision. The products were delivered on time and they did a great job installing the appliances. All the staff was very professional and we would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased one of their refurbished steam ovens, they said would have a 15 month warranty. The unit was never tested and was broken on delivery. Bob has put the responsibility on a company that they purchased the unit called Return trax. Neither company has done anything about it as of yet. Bob has been very unprofessional by just directing blame on Return trax.

The guys helped me pick out the right appliances and have me a great deal - they will price match. They delivered right on time and took away my old appliances. They did a great job all around!

When I mentioned about my washer problem, the salesperson was helpful in trying to figure out what was wrong with it instead of trying to sell me something that I might not need. Its the honesty I trust them and I would recommend others to have the business with them.

The sales person, who helped me, happened to be my previous neighbour, was very helpfull. He has promised to order my machine for me and deliver at resonable cost. I felt very confident buying my machine (apartment size)there.I do not have a car so delivery was a big issue.I did some homework on my own, I knew what I was looking for. The convenience of the store and good reputation did it.We need to support local business.I recomended this store to my friend whos washing machine just broke.

When I had my 2.5 year KitchenAid fridge burn out a compressor and had NO help from KitchenAid other than waiting on the phone for hours for a person to answer, Faulkners delivered a fridge for me to use. It took KitchenAid 4 weeks to finally give me a new fridge, with no compensation for the food lost or days lost from work trying to have someone in customer service answer a phone. Faulkner's has great prices and fabulous service!

Purchased Samsung VRT Front Load Washer and Dryer at 2009 Homeshow and got a great deal. Saved $1200. Delivery and installation was great. This wasn't our first purchase from Faulkner's so had no reservations about this purchase. Have recommended them to others. Am in the marked for appliances this year. Planning to visit them again.

We bought our fridge (only) from Faulkner's as they had a brand we wanted. The store experience isn't great but their prices are very competitive. We were really put off with the delivery guys. They were very unprofessional. Our space was tight and the old fridge had to go before the new one came in. So we had it all ready for them at the doorway. For some reason, that was a major problem for them. Then they realized the door hinge had to be changed (the store hadn't done it in advance). they complained so loudly (it took all of 5 minutes) that we felt guilty for ordering it. When they were done they literally sprinted out of our place. I guess it's so we wouldn't notice that the light didn't work in the fridge. The freezer was getting cold but the fridge didn't work at all. We called the store and the reaction was, well we'll come and take it back but we won't sell you a new one at the same price. Strange - we just wanted it to work. So my husband reconnected the wires under the hinge that they failed to do in their haste and voila it worked! But it was a terrible experience. These are commodities folks, you can get a good price elsewhere.

We are repeat Faulkner customers, having bought our fridge and stove ten years ago (they are still good as new!). We recently purchased a new washing machine and drier and are extremely pleased with both machines. The service at Faulkner was excellent, as always, the appliances are of a high quality, and the prices are reasonable. Most highly recommended!

We bought new gas stove, range hood, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer from Faulkner's. Gord Faulkner was well informed regarding the performance and weaknesses of various brands of appliances. His wise words helped us to select the most reliable, quietist or easiest to clean models plus we saved money by buying the previous years model which had the same features as the current. When we compared the prices to the same products at Future Shop, Faulkner's was able to negotiate a cheaper price. Delivery and installation were impeccable. Will buy there again should we need to.
