we bought a new LG fridge (ser.no. pos15682) from Gord and the boys a few years ago and it is the best fridge we ever owned. It has tons of room and works very well. The price was great, the service was excellent and Gord himself even loaded the fridge on our trailer. it was a great shopping experience. thanks again.

Needed a small counter-depth fridge with bottom-mount freezer, and turned to Faulkner's first. Why? The store is a local institution but has a city-wide reputation, with three generations of Faulkners behind it. Very satisfied with the transaction, start to finish. Fred C. helped select the right model for the right price, and it was delivered and installed with care and on time. Will I be a repeat customer? You bet.

They were recommended by my brother, another very satisfied client, who was recommended by his contractor. Faulkner's is competitive from a price perspective. I recently had a new washer/dryer delivered and installed. The installers were on time, and they did a great job. They were careful and considerate of my home. I would highly recommend Gord and his team.

Gord was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wayne and Fruzi who delivered the appliance were professional and went the extra mile to ensure no damage occured to the walls in our very steep and narrow staircase. Prices are very competitive.

I heard about Faulkner's from a friend. We went in thinking we knew what we were looking for. By the time we left we were fully informed on what we were buying and what we needed for our kitchen. The individual attention and honesty is something that you truly will not find at other stores. We purchased our new appliances and had them delivered three days later. We've used Faulkner's for an oven and now a dishwasher. In both cases we got a great product at a great price. In fact, they didn't have the dishwasher we wantd in stock so they gave us one model up at the same price. It's so quiet that now we can hear the baby cry.

Needed washing machine immediately. Delivered next day at promised time. Removed two doors to install machine, very professionally. From truck arrival time to installation of machine and rehanging of the doors that were removed- less than 40 minutes. Quite pleased with manner of the driver and assistant. Will purchase dryer at a future date.

A little drama in my house with the oven breaking down in flames one week and then the washing machine breaking down the following week. I did a little bit of looking around and fortunately remembered about Faulkner's. It was a very easy shopping visit thanks to low key Fred. My house is a bungalow and it was a tight squeeze to get all the appliances in. Jeff measured properly and when the appliances were delivered there was no problem at all with damage or doors not being put back properly.

Our new kitchen appliances were delivered by Faulkner's on time and in excellent condition. Although the fridge was a tight fit, Jeff and Wayne worked very hard and took the time to make sure that there was no damage to our doors and hardwood floors. Fred made sure that we were happy with our appliance choices and the installation of our dishwasher. A job well done!

Two years ago my wife and I began replacing old appliances in our home. We went to Faulkner's for the first purchase on a recommendation from a friend, and we have gone back for every purchase since. Why? This is a retailer who understands and delivers great customer service, before and after the sale. Faulkner's has helped us with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Each time they listened to what our needs were and sold us the right appliance for our needs and at a great price. They also delivered and installed like true professionals. All of the appliances have worked worked very well, but we did have a problem with the washer. The manufacturer could not deliver a replacement for the defective part within a reasonable time period and they were not anywhere near concerned about rectifying the problem. Faulkner's on the other hand, stepped up to the plate and fix the problem in 48 hours even though they did not have to. Our refridgerator is the last appliance we need to replace. No doubt in our minds as to where we are going to buy one. Great customer service is so hard to find these days, but not at Faulkner's. They delivered it every time we asked.
