Purchased professional grade appliances. Inventory is good but be very clear as to their obligation for installation!! Knowledge is competent prices are the best in the city it is definately worth the drive to the "hood".

Doug and the staff (Jeff and Fauozi) are knowledgable and friendly. The products and prices make it worth the drive to Etobicoke! Refer people to Faulkner's all the time and will continue to do so. Excellent.

I didn't know of Faulkners before moving nearby, but I found that they were very competitive, friendly, good service. Bought an energy star front loading washer and a matching dryer for just over $1000 for the pair. A friend bought the same pair, but with less features and paid more. Also, we just bought a demo fridge from them at about half off of the list price. It could not have been demo'd much as all the accessories were still in plastic. If you like to support smaller independents, Faulkners is a great place to check out. If you don't care and just want a good deal, it's still a great place.

We bought our second home and was looking to get a great deal on our appliances. We went to the home show and ending up buying from Faulkner Appliance Specialists because of their great prices. And delivery and setup was easy and painless. If I need to by appliances again I would go through Faulkner Appliance Specialists again

I bought all my appliances from Faulkner at the homeshow in spring. The salesman Fauzi provided excellent recommendations for my family's needs and offered great pricing without any haggling. Then when it came time to the delivery, due to some communication issues with the original delivery person, Faulkner, though they do not deliver on weekends, were kind enough to help me through and deliver the products on the day of my move to the new home. Since they normally do not deliver on weekends, they had no delivery person and to my surprise, Fauzi helped with the delivery! With a new baby and a new home, Faulkner was understanding enough and provided excellent service and quality products. I would recommend them to anyone and would purchase my appliances from them again!

I bought a fridge, stove and dishwasher and a microwave ventiliation. The warranty follow up was not idea- had to chase them to get it the microwave problem fixed. But overall great store, great price and sales people very helpful. Gord was very easy to deal with.

Very easy people to work with! Fair price for an excellent product. We purchased 4 Kitchen Aid Appliances, Gas Range, Fridge and Washer/Dryer. They delivered and installed them on time and were very considerate while in our home. To bad you can only give 5 stars. They exceeded our expectations.

We bought a Range hood from Faulkner's. The price was a good one in comparison to what we'd seen elsewhere. The place is small but the people are friendly and helpful. The location was not very central, but there was parking available.
