Super happy with Faulkner's service. I priced shopped around for the fridge we needed to replace our existing, which was ANNOYINGLY huge. Faulkner's gave us the most aggressive price and they also went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Even though the fridge we needed was on back order from the supplier for weeks and it was challenging AF to have to live without a fridge, they were always responsive when I followed up every week regarding the status and sympathized with our situation. When the fridge finally came, they did everything they could to ensure that it got delivered. Will definitely consider Faulkner's for future appliance needs (but praying we'll never have to buy another damn fridge again in my lifetime).

We were in need of a dishwasher in a "rush" and Bob assisted us in getting the best dishwasher, and price, and installation. He was most helpful, friendly, and ever so knowledgeable on what would work for us. There was no pressure just great information and service. Delroy, the person that installed the dishwasher, was a delight. He was most careful and very efficient, plus he could sing very well. We would highly recommend anyone to visit and purchase their appliances from Faulkner's Appliance Centre.

I recently purchased a new range from Faulkner's. The service was outstanding. This was a major purchase and I had lots of questions which they were happy to answer. They also arranged for the gas installer to accompany the delivery so there was no waiting. The delivery men removed my old appliance at no extra charge. The gas installer was highly professional, did a great job and was full of helpful information. Highly recommend.

Visited Faulkner's during March Break because it is a bit of a trek to get there to look at their showroom. This is indeed a specialty store where you only get appliances. I was not ready to purchase yet and was given a quote and business card. It would take another two months for things to align and for me to make a purchase of the gas stove range. Not only did Michael ensure that delivery would happen in a matter of a couple of days, he also recommended a gas installer who would ensure that the old stove was safely disconnected from the gas line and who returned after delivery of the range to reconnect. I would not have known about Faulkner's had it not been for a neighbour who sang the store's praises. She has been recommending this store to a number of people who live in the East End. Worth the drive to Etobicoke and definitely worth the investment of time and effort if you want excellent customer service. The cost of the stove still came to be less expensive than big box stores after taxes, delivery, and installation.

When we realized our laundry machine was at end of life, we began searching online for a replacement. Our concern was our small stairwell leading to the basement. We spent time searching stores, taking measurements, and we still were not sure what would work for us. So we stopped in at Faulkner's, and met with Gord. We told him our concerns and he offered to send Bob on site to take measurements. Bob showed up and measured all of our doorway openings and stairwells and then was able to recommend the washer and dryer that would work for us. This is the sort of service that is rare. Their pricing was absolutely competitive with what we could find online, but more importantly, they respected our money and ensured that what we purchased from them would be right for us. I cannot recommend them enough

Needed a new cook top ASAP - decided to go electric rather than induction. Excellent customer service and recommendations. Very fair pricing. Our model was in stock so within a day, we had an installer on site. Les was incredible - prompt, courteous and knowledgeable - the opening in our granite counter top was not the right size - within 8 hours, he had lined up a granite repair team to enlarge our opening. The next morning the team arrived, did the required work and Les then installed our new Bosch cook top. From our first phone call to Faulkner's to the installation, all was handled professionally. It pays to shop locally and with a history of good service. Thank you all!

The door hinge springs of my old built-in wall oven was broken and could not be fixed because parts were no longer available. I started looking for a new one in the regular big appliance stores without success. My main concern is to be able to put the new one into the existing cut out space. I came across Faulkner's Appliance Centre in Home Stars and was impressed by the excellent reviews. I met Gord and let him know what I was looking for. He listened and took the measurements of my old wall oven as well as the cabinet space. He said he had to do some research and he would get back to me. The next day he called me and told me he had found a model (of the same brand) very close to mine except for the height. He said it should be OK and he would tell the installer what to do to make it fit. I trusted his knowledge and the oven was installed last Tuesday. Except for the depth (the new one is slightly more deep and the installer has the cut off the 1" back cabinet wall to fit), it fits perfect and looks very nice, matching the other old appliances. Thank you Gord for taking the time to look for the right wall oven for me and thank you for your patience in answering my queries and arranging for delivery, installation and removal of of old oven. I am very impressed by your excellent customer service - knowledge of products, patience, friendliness, dependability and above all, you are more interested in solving my problems than selling me just the merchandise. Thanks again for everything.

We purchased an appliance from the store based on the reputation of the original owner. Now that the store is run by his son we are sorry we dealt with the store. Selection is limited and prices are higher than big box retailers. Also the installers are contracted so the store will not support you if damages occur during the installation. Be aware of this fact.

I purchased all new stainless steel appliances. Service is great and staff are very knowledgeable. Delivery and set up is included. I love the fact that it is a family business and has been in my neighborhood for many years. Highly recommend!
