Buying New Appliances
We did a kitchen renovation and decided to buy four new appliances. We went to Faulkner's because they were small and we knew that we would get personal attention if there were any problems. We had a problem with one of the appliances (one of the handles on the refrigerator's freezer wouldn't tighten) which we didn't realize until after the delivery people left. Because the tightening required a special torque wrench which we didn't have they sent a person out shortly after our contacting them. He adjusted the handle in about fifteen minutes and was extremely courteous. A small thing but to us it was important. They gave us a very competitive price on the appliances and their assistance was good.
