As part of our recent kitchen renovation we bought a new stove, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher through Faulkner's Appliances. Their price was substantially lower that any of the other places we looked, and they were very cooperative when we needed to revise our deliver date because of construction delays. They uncrated and installed the stove and fridge efficiently and cleaned up nicely. The dishwasher and microwave were installed by our contractor.

I wish there were 10 stars. This place is awesome. Personal touch, competitive pricing, friendly staff, no pressure, flexible delivery and stellar installation. Just a wonderful experience. I looked for almost 3 months for 2 kitchen appliances and this place has just won me over. They actually suggested a lower priced stove because they felt another brand met my specs more than the Bertazzoni stove I was looking at. Give this one a try. It is just so superior to the box stores and heavy hitters in the appliance market. It's too bad you can't experience this every time you shop.

We went out of our way to try Faulkner's and we are so glad that we did. Bob was informative and helpful and gave us a good price on a pro gas range without any pressure. He installed our gas line professionally and came back cheerfully to hook up our stove. The store was super patient to hold our stove when we had to delay delivery. The delivery guys were efficient and cheerful. An altogether pleasant and stress -free experience!

I ran into Faulkners after my ancient machines finally kicked it. Fred immediately hooked me up with a great pair that was on sale, and set up delivery for the next day. The truck arrived right on time. Bob the installer was fantastic. He was helpful, quick, and very tidy. The delivery fellows had a tough job with my stairs but they did a great job and I really appreciate their service. AND I can say that I shopped local and supported my neighbourhood business community. A real gem in South Etobicoke! We are lucky to have them

The staff at Faulkners is their strength. The very knowledgable staff and professional delivery team made what started as a very stressful decision, a very relaxed experience. From start to finish, Gord and his staff know their stuff and actually care about what they do. Which is a rare thing these days.

Faulkner's after sales service is outstanding. Just under a year ago we purchased a stainless steel Samsung fridge from Faulkner's. We are always very happy with the great service we get when we go to Faulkner's to make our purchase. They listen to our needs, they know their products, they work with our budget and they help us make the right purchase decisions. But what is really outstanding about the folks at this store, they don't just say good-bye and see you later once you make your purchase. We had some surface rust come out on the freezer door of our new stainless refrigerator. An unusual thing but it happened. So the process is - call the manufacturer make the warranty claim and have the problem fixed. Not the way it really is. After being ignored by Samsung for over a month they finally told us too bad, but not covered. We went back to Faulkner's explained the problem and after some very persistent work on their part, the problem has been taken care of. Not sure what we would have done had Faulkner's not been there to help us. Thanks. You guys are the best - before and after the sale.

We recently purchases 4 kitchen appliances from Faulkners Appliances and are very happy with our choices. Gord the owner/sales person is very knowledgeable about the many brands and styles they carry. Gord is also very professional in the way he explains the different features of each model. I was really impressed with his patients trying to make sure we were able to make an informed decision about the model and features that were most important to us. Gord introduced me to the Samsung slide in stove and I absolute love my stove. I also purchased the Samsung French door fridge with water/ice and freezer on the bottom which is a dream to have. I feel Gord went above and beyond, when he heard our fridge just quit and we had no fridge he gave us a loaner fridge till our new one came in. You just do not get that kind of service in a big box store or department stores these days. I would really give them a rating of 10 plus The deliver guys were excellent as well, the fridge I selected was a challenge to get into our kitchen but they handled in like professionals, and with no complaints. I would and have definitely recommend Faulkners to friends and family.

Recently my wife and I needed to furnish our new in-law suite renovation with appliances. We shopped around to different retailers where we had recently purchased appliances for our previous home and were about to purchase a complete list of laundry and kitchen appliances. We became aware of Faulkners Appliances through a business associate who suggested that we give them an opportunity to quote on our list of appliances. Our list was very specific right down to the make and model number and passed it along to Gord at Faulkners to quote. Gord responded with a quote that was considerably different from the list we had supplied in that he recommended the appliances we requested a quote on with the highest consumer rated appliances mixing brand names. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the appliances Gord recommended were among the best in every category that we were shopping for. Along with the best of the best, Faulkners prices were extremely competitive to what we had been quoted elsewhere. After purchasing from Faulkners, their delivery scheduling and delivery personnel confirmed that we had made the right choice. We highly recommend Faulkners Appliances as a premier appliance supplier to anyone interested in purchasing new appliances.
