I meant to write this review months ago, but have been busy and forgot to. Anyway, I had to purchase a number of kitchen appliances for two apartments in my income property. The service I got was great and I was satisfied with the prices. I would recommend this company to my friends and I am planning on using their services again

The lone person who rated this a '2' must have been smoking something. The two young men, not 'kids' who came to deliver my electrolux fridge in April were extremely nice, polite, and careful. They measured the opening and doorway frame before placing the fridge and taking out the old one, which required removal of the old fridge door. They had all the tools necessary, and knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. It was delivered within a week, and when they were going to be one hour later than planned, Gord called me to tell me it would be late, unlike having to wait at home all morning or afternoon as with other places. I definitely plan to purchase my other appliances here. Being nice does matter!

I bought a fridge, stove and dishwasher from Gord at Faulkner's. The service was excellent and when the fridge had a mechanical issue, Gord went over and above to help me have it replaced. Thank You Gord, and the team at Faulkner's. I loved the personal service and extra care.

I purchaes a Samsung Fridge and stove as well as a Whirlpool dishwasher on March 10th. Delivery was quick (March 25th) and the delivery guys were great. Went over and above to get this large fridge in our home. Once it was unwrapped we noticed the fridge had a small dent on the left side door. Fred at Faulkners advised me to call Samsung and arrange to get the door replaced. It should be noted that he offered to do this for me but I decided to take care of it. He said if I had any problems to contact him and to also let him know the result. I contacted Samsung the very next morning. They said I needed to send them 3 pictures of the dented door as well as the sales receipt and I should hear back from them in 48 hours. I didnt hear back so I called Samsung and was met with such resistance. On hold and on the phone for over 45 minutes to no avail. Samsung didnt belive that the fridge was in fact delivered as my slaes receipt did not say so!!! I suggested they call the store and they said thats not their job! I was told this was my problem to straighten out! I was beyond frustrated so I called Fred at Faulkners.He was beyond terrific. He said right from the beginning that he promised me a new fridge door and I was going to get a new fridge door and to leave it with him. He called me back right away to say that a door is on order and the next call i should receive is a call to set up a time to deliver it. Just as promied i received a call and delivery and installation of my door was dome today April 15th. I cannot thank Fred and Faulkners enough for taking care of this situation in such a professional and timely manner. He was so pleasant and easy to deal with. He sensed my frustration with Samsung and truly took care of his customer. I have purchaed appliances from Faulkners before and while I had no issues then I received the same friendly and professional service as anyone would expect. Their prices I should also say beat or matched all other large and small competitors. This is an absolutely fantastic store to do business with and I will always use Faulkners for anything related to appliances. Thank you Fred for being so kind and efficient. I highly recommend this business!

Stove control panel broke into web-like cracks when I dropped a pot on it, and replacement part was no longer available. Fridge was laboring, and about to expire. I should maybe have got a new motor for the fridge but opted for a replacement fridge, sight unseen, by same brand, KitchenAid. Also bought a new stove. All research on web. Installation went off without a hitch. Prices competitive.

Never let these guys into your homes. They assembled my range without unwrapping some of the parts which was caught on fire.Luckely i was home to stop the fire. Horrible service, they send some kids to my home to set up the appliances, they came without tools and started to use a knife on my 2300 fridde to install the handles

I purchased front load washer and dryer from Faulkners at the end of 2011. From that first experience having such a wonderful dealer and resource right in the neighbourhood, it was natural for me to shop there when I needed my dishwasher replaced. I found the greatest Bosch model and very reasonably priced but it was not white like my other appliances, so I did the next best thing and purchased it along with a new stainless refrigerator to match. Once I figure out what type of stove and venting system I would like to have, I will be back to Faulkner's for the last of my kitchen appliance replacements. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and never pressure. You have a great selection to choose from and often they offer very good deals on select pieces. They have staff that instal dishwashers (wonderful Fred) and they also have a qualified staff member who can hook up gas appliances. All around, it's a wonderful experience from start to finish and I will never shop anywhere else! I recommend anyone that needs good service, quality product and a keen and friendly service staff, to shop at Faulkner's. You will never be disappointed!

Before purchasing our appliances, we had done extensive research and found that Faulkner's Appliance Centre was the best for service and competitive pricing. We had gone in several times and asked several questions and never felt pressured by Gord to purchase. Once we decided, our appliances were delivered within a week of ordering them as promised. We also had Bob who is a licensed gas installer come in to install our gas stove. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. We felt very comfortable with him. We highly recommend Faulkner's Appliance Centre!!

Kitchen reno with new appliances from Faulkner. Electrician noticed the back corner of the dishwasher was seriously dented and should not be installed. Contacted Faulkner at 5pm and a new one was delivered the next morning. Fully appreciate Faulkner's level of service, advice and customer care that is sadly so rare these days.

Faulkners is a great place to shop for appliances. Very price competitive, and very knowledgeable regarding the products they carry. Delivery was on time, and they brought the stove right into the kitchen ( important as this is a heavy stove) and did not just drop the stove in the driveway as some of the big box discount retailers will do. The service that Faulkners provides after the sale is second to none. I highly recommend Faulkners if you are looking for appliances.
