Fersina installed a solarium for us 28 years ago and we have had not problems with it since installation but over time we have had some shifting of the building and the windows and doors needed adjustments. After one visit things were like new again and we could not be happier!

Four year after installation, condensation developed in the patio door sealed glass. It was replaced promptly and courteously. The installers did a great job. Would definitely recommend Fersina for window installations. John Little Hastings

Over the past 3 years we have had a project to replace all of our windows and doors. Our project was completed this spring. The installers on all 3 years of work provided professional and friendly installation and treated our home with the upmost respect. Cleanup was always exceptional. With regards to the windows and doors themselves we are equally pleased and 100% satisfied. We highly recommend Fersina Peterborough for any home improvement project you might be considering.

We were very pleased with Fersina from start to finish. They were prompt for their appointments ( quote/measurement/installation) and we found their prices to be very reasonable. We had 5 quotes altogether and theirs was the second lowest. We had no problems with communication after the initial quote, as we wanted to change a few things...they were more than willing to help. The installers did a fantastic job....I even commented to them that they did the finishing touches like it was their own house! And they cleaned up perfectly...wouldn't even know they had been here. I would highly recommend them.

Find another company. We had our master bedroom window quoted. Originally it was 8 weeks delivery. After 8 weeks we called to find out when our window was going to be installed, and were told that it would be longer. No communication whatsoever. After 21 weeks the installers showed up, but the window was built to the wrong dimensions and couldn't be installed. They genuinely do not care about customer satisfaction, and they do not return phone calls.

We were told it would take 6-8 weeks. It's now been 11 and no one can give us a time frame on installation. No one contacted us to let us know they were behind schedule. Only when we contacted them, we were told maybe some time next month. We've paid 50% deposit with is several thousand dollars! Our front bay window is being held together with tape, and one side section doesn't close properly. Was supposed to be completed by the beginning of November and now it won't be until the New Year. I am beyond angry and frustrated right now and they can't offer any resolution.

It was a horrible experience. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks when i ordered. It actually took 17 weeks before my door was installed. Never once would Fersina return my calls or give me an update on why it was taking so long. Finally after demanding my deposit be refunded they did install the door. Now I've been waiting almost 6 weeks for the touch up paint kit the installer forgot to leave with me. Once again Fersina won't return any of my calls. Folks stay clear of this company.

We had Fersina windows replace our windows & Patio door 10 years ago. These windows & Patio door are still working perfectly & look great. The installers were professional & polite. I would highly recommend this company.

I have only put a deposit on the windows. I had been trying to reach someone to get an estimated time frame for installation. I telephoned and left messages and emailed Fersina directly and never received an answer. Within an hour of write my complaint to you I received a call for the installers with a time frame of one week and a call from the salesman. I told them that all I wanted was some idea as to when the installation would take place and I was really annoyed that no one had seen fit to answer my calls/emails. I know they are very busy but the office staff should have called me. Anyway, now I'll wait and see if they show up on the day specified. I am sure I wouldn't have got results if I hadn't of emailed you. Thanks and if there is any further problem I will contact you.

Mixed experience. Great installers who knew what they were doing. Sales rep misrepresented delivery date. Owner wouldn't return calls but when reached didn't offer remedy except "Want refund?" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
