From the initial sales and product consultation interviews, to the final installation, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. All appointments were met, all product quality inquiries were thorougly addressed, and the fact that we were served by local sales and installation professionals was of further benefit as we made one or two follow-up visits to the local Whitby showroom to arrange for slight revisions. The people at Fersina are most respectful and friendly to deal with. The installation process was unobtrusive, and the attention to safety and cleanliness throughout the install was impressive. An inspector from the head Peterborough office made an appearance mid-install, just to make sure all was well and on schedule. The fit, exterior trim and finish carpentry were carried out with utmost care, and we're thrilled with our new windows and patio door. I'm thrilled that we discovered Fersina Windows and would highly recommend this company without reservation.

We ordered a three pain sliding door from this company and we decided to instal it ourselves. We recevied the door fine but after we took the old door out to put the new one in we discovered that the door was not correct and could not be built. We had to cover a giant hole in our living room with plywood for about a week while we waited for their installers came out to look at the door. In the end they had to cut the frame for the door to go together and didn't offer any compensation for our troubles. We sent a detailed note to the head office without a reply. We recommend everyone avoids this company as they have the worst cutomer service.

I had 18 windows replaced in my house last summer and Fersina did an amazing job, completing the installation in just two days. The windows look great and are very easy to clean. It was a pleasure to deal with the rep who came to do the initial quote. He presented a number of options for replacing one odd size window and I'm glad I went with his recommendation. Their quote was very competitive and the fact that they make their own windows sold the deal for me. After the first winter, one pane had a pressure crack which is apparently quite common. There was no question about replacing it. I'm very satisfied with the quality of Fersina's windows and the professionalism of their sales and installation teams.

After having 7 windows installed in our house we were very impressed with the quality and appearance. Fersina manufactures and installs the windows, and stands behind the product. After the first winter, we had 1 pane with a split in it - might have been from our young son's bed being by it (he's rather rambunctious). They came out and replaced the window without question. We just had them install an eighth window, and we are still very impressed.

This is the second time we've had Fersina out to do our windows. We were so impressed the first time there was no one else we wanted to call. The gentlemen were here on time and they were always friendly. They made sure all mess was vaccumed and cleaned up on the outside. I would recommend these guys to anybody wanting to do windows.

40 year old house - needed new windows. We got 4 quotes. Fersina was 2nd lowest. We weren't looking for the lowest price - just overall comfort with the transaction (quality...). The sales rep. was very informative and NOT pushy. He showed up on time, new his stuff and emailed us our quote within 24 hours (just like he said he would!). They manufacture what they sell. They use their own installers and WOW. What a difference. The EnergyStar products got us $ back from the Gov't and our house is 100% more safe and sound. Great company!
