When I called Fine Finishes, I had already started my renovation project. I was redoing my bathroom, updating my kitchen, and changing the flooring throughout the condo I recently purchased. I had hired a contractor recommended by my real estate agent, which turned out to be a big mistake.

She quickly navigated through my sea of samples, and helped me select my tiles and hardwood, as well as paint colours (all of which look fabulous).
Andrea is very capable and knowledgeable, and I have come to rely on her expertise and attention to detail. I don't think I could have made it through this reno without her advice and support. She truly cares about her clients, and the success of the project. Since our first meeting, she has been with me every step of the way, helping me navigate through all the challenges that have come up (and are still coming up) with my contractor. When needed, she has also referred competent tradespeople to help me complete my renovation.
My only regret is not calling Andrea before starting the renovation. If you are thinking about renovating, don't make the same mistake I did - call Fine Finishes BEFORE you start, to help you plan your project and to find competent, reliable tradespeople. Believe me, you will save yourself a lot of stress.
