    BEWARE !!! RIP OFF !!!!

    HUGE RIP OFF !!!! Initially misrepresented billing and when I told him about it, Matthew threatened to "dump all my stuff out of the truck" and continued to scream at me until I had to hang up. Once we got past that, he provided a total for the move up to and including delivery. Tricked me into sending two e-transfer because of a delay with the original payment. Then Matthew padded the bill, of which I had proof, and only reimbursed part of the double payment. Then proceeded to argue with me and make excuses when I asked for the balance of my money. BEWARE !!!!!!

    Antonella was no over charged. she was quoted 2 men at the rate of $80/hour with a minimum charge of 3 hours work plus 2 hours traveling time (1 hour to the job site out of town and 1 hour back to our warehouse after we comeplete) upon arrival NOTHING was packed and her home was FILTHY our men confirmed the price with her and she refused to pay traveling time and I told her we would rather not do the job for her but she insisted if we didnt complete the job she would try to damage our reputation. The men worked hard for her 8.5 hours and she was only willing to pay for 7 hours. I would Not recommend dealing with the client as we have to spend hours cleaning our truck and equipment after doing the move for her.

    Moving services

    I used Francis moving service during my move. His team is trust worthy, responsible and punctual. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Francis for all your moving needs.

    Great move with Francis Movers

    From the original quote through to final delivery, we had an excellent experience. Danny and Evan and Nick moved my mom from a house to a condo. They took great care with my mom's furniture - all vintage. Wrapping it to ensure it all arrived safely. The walk from the elevator to the condo was quite lengthy....and they put up with it - no complaints. We forgot a step ladder on the truck and they held on to it for us until we could pick it up. I would recommend Francis Movers.

    Excellent Service and Friendly staff

    We used Francis Movers for our move from Scarborough to Markham. Matthew was great to communicate with, he came over and gave us a pretty accurate cost estimate. His crew were on time and were down to business right away. Quick move and friendly and were very careful with all our belongings. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great crew for a great price.

    Excellent Movers

    Francis Movers are reliable, dependable, competent and most especially respectful crew (special shoutout to Dan and Joe). Good job guys. The price is reasonable too. Would highly recommend them in a minute.

    moving

    I had nothing but great service from Francis Movers. The quote was reasonable and from a very friendly man....Francis. ( Another company's quote was twice as much.) Rick's crew were courteous, each one came to shake my hand and introduce himself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The move was done in a very fast time, and with care (I had some antique furniture) and the bill was much less than the estimate. I strongly recommend these movers to anyone. Iris Simpson

    Exceeded the expectations!

    For my 3 bedroom move they recommended 3 movers but I insisted on only 2 movers so the move took longer but both the movers were angles. They were polite, witty and professional. They took care to load and unload carefully and placed our furnitures/boxes where we asked. Unlike many, Francis movers were not that expensive but offered very good service. Highly recommended.

    Difficult move

    Francis' guys came and did our move from a new condo, to a third floor of a house in the city. The guys were exactly on time, and really excellent drivers into a challenging back parking lot. They were effiient and respectful of our things and we were very happy with it -- especially since it was a difficult carry-up move. Would definitely use again.

    Well Done!

    I had Dan and Nick of Francis Movers in for a few hours to move heavy oak furniture to the middle of rooms in preparation for painting. They were efficient, careful, and very pleasant. I will use this company again when I move to my nre home.

    Great Move!

    We moved 3 days ago and used Francis Movers for the first time. My husband and I were extremely happy with the service, the movers, the price and the efficiency of the entire day! The guys were awesome, super friendly and really careful moving our lives from one location to the next. Francis & Matt were instrumental in our decision to use their services, answering all our questions & providing us with peace of mind. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Francis Movers. To Francis, Matt & the Guys - thanks again for all your hardwork. Your good humour made a stressful day much more enjoyable :)
