Reply created 3 Sep 2017We typically deduct traveling time in between locations if a truck has broken down and we have to send you a smaller truck than what was requested. I spoke to the men and had the one employee fired. Sometimes we are moving up to 10 houses a day so we arent able to return emails at the end of the month. Call me at the office and we can sort something out for you. - Matt
Reply created 3 Sep 2016The repairs to the home were done on the same day as the move. The customer mentioned a 10x10 locker that needed to be move and upon arrival it was actually a 10x20 locker. The boxes that fell off the dolly were inspected on site by myself in front of the customer. These were all labeled as soft bedding items and clothing so there was absolutely no damage internally. The men worked hard throughout the move but were hassled by the customer even to the point of our employees wanting to walk away from the job site. The price quoted was the price charged to the customer.
