    Movers

    They were great. Travis, mike and larry are real professionals. Very pleasant and hard working. Would recommend francis movers to anyone. Finished my move in much less time than I would have thought. A great experience. Bruce Gilbert

    Moving home

    From start to finish these guys were through,packed things well and are hard workers. They love their work and give it their all. I was very disappointed in how they treat the customer though as I had a poor customer experience. They swear, curse and told my boyfriend off for underestimating the load weight.

    Move to Sutton

    We used this company to move a 3 bedroom home. The movers showed up earlier than promised. The movers worked super hard and moved everything in a little more time than estimated which is no problem since our furniture was super heavy and it was a long drive to the new house.

    Standard insurance covers up to $50,000 total with $100 deductible by the customer if there are any claims and a maximum of $400 per piece of furniture. Anything not physically packed and unpacked by our staff is uninsurable because we do not know the contents inside the boxes or how it was packed. Due to the nature of this situation we had offered the customer the maximum of $400 out of pocket for this claim. Not through insurance because the item was packed by the customer and voided the insurance claim policy. We haven't heard from the customer since the incident but we have agreed to the settlement.

    Residential Move

    We were so satisfied with Francis Movers 25 years ago that we recommended the company to my sister, my manager and anyone I knew that was making a move. We've used them in another move 7 years ago and nothing has changed. Now our kids and their friends are using Francis. I was very impressed at the speed in which the movers worked, which equates to $$$ saved and the care they take. They always turned up early. I highly recommend this company.

    Movers

    The movers gave us one quote, and ended up charging us almost $700 on top of that quote. The move lasted until 3 am, with many smoke breaks. Horrible customer service. Don't hire!

    This customer complained that the quote went over the estimated time but failed to mention she did not get the key to her new home and had the men waiting to off load location for hours. Sorry we don't stop the time while the men are waiting for your keys we don't factor this in the quote which is stated very clearly in the contract.

    Moving

    Reliable, Honest, Courteous, Friendly and Efficient are the top 5 words that come to mind when I think of our move! And nothing broke! Thanks to Mathew and Francis and their team for a great experience during a stressful time. I strongly recommend Francis Movers!!!

    Move from house to apartment

    Francis and Matthew were very helpful in planning and arranging this move. Grant and his team did the move with care and efficiency. They were all friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend this company.

    Moving Between Units

    We hired this company to move between units in the same complex. Both Matt & Gus made the process a breeze. They worked fast, efficiently and took care of all our products. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service at a great price!! Thanks Guys

    Residential Move

    They provided us with a team of 3 experienced, courteous and efficient movers. Each one introduced themselves immediately upon arriving and despite the high heat & humidity, they got right to work and finished the job quickly. A stress-free move...nothing broken...great overall service! Thank you Nick and team

    Movers

    The company was amazing! The owner came out to give us a free quote. He was friendly and knowledgable. Rob and his crew who did the move were great. We had a three bedroom home, they completed the job within 7 hours including 1 hr travel from one house to the next. They we quick, professional and the job was done faster than the quote. We paid 95$ an hour, and that was for 3 men. Great rate, and job was well done.
