Very professional. Always on time. Quote matched the actual payment. Friendly service. The original installation didn't look quite right, so we contacted GTA to correct. Christian's and Don's work probably prevented our house from exploding!

Christian was great I spoke with him on issues I was having with my evaporator coil and pump (I've unfortunately had a lot of rookie HVAC experience having had lots of problems). He called me back and started to ask me about what was occurring and had some insight on what could be the problem before coming out. I was at work when he came to look at our unit. He serviced my condenser, air handler,and found the issue with the coil. He thoroughly explained the issues to my wife and wrote a very thorough invoice, which I do appreciate. His price was very fair and we're already planning our next maintenance with him. This is the kind of HVAC service I want. As a side note, my wife was working from home and he patiently waited until she had a break to go over everything. I know he is paid by the job and didn't have to do this, but this is the kind of service he provides.

Recommended by the manufacturer, Christian came around within one hour of my call to take a look, and quoted 1/3 that of a well known competitor. The work was finished within 2 hours, which included sourcing the part. Very knowledgable on this specialised product ('boilers are all we do') and fair, giving advice on how to correct some mistakes another company had made when installing. I wish we'd know about this company when installing.

Christian was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on what system to install. He carried out the work on time and on budget. It was a bit hard to get a hold of him after the bulk of the work was done, but that's probably because good companies are busy.

After having compared several different heating installers, we opted for GTA because Christian (their installer / co-manager) showed what we felt was an amazing knowledge of the advanced Navien tankless system. We were right; our install went incredibly smoothly and in fact is a more advanced system than those installed in several of our friends' homes (for the same cost). I cannot recommend Christian and GTA highly enough. Great job!

We needed radiators to heat the new rooms in the addition we built. Christain was the first person to provide us an estimate. I thought his price was high but it was comparable to the other estimates I received. Christain was the only one that could really explain what needed to be done and how he would complete the work. He also pointed out how our boiler was not piped correctly and that he would complete this work as well. We chose Christain because he seemed the most knowledgeable. He showed up on time to do the work. We however were not happy when he showed up with the wrong size radiators than what we ordered. It took a couple of weeks to receive the size we wanted and once they were delivered Christain returned promptly to install them.

We contacted a number of companies to replace our heating system and GTA Heating seemed the most knowledgeable and capable. They were fairly priced and Christian was very thorough in explaining what we would need, providing necessary detail and information that other companies did not provide. GTA Heating was punctual and courteous and extremely tidy, cleaning up after their work. We have since had an engineer and an architect in for ongoing renovations and they have remarked on how well done the system is, in particular the copper piping joins. We were most pleased with the fact that our radiant heat which hadn't been working in two bedrooms (and which had been looked at previously by two other HVAC companies at great expense and no results) was ultimately fixed by Christian - I wish we had known about GTA Heating years ago! I would recommend him highly -- so reliable and trustworthy, but most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. 10 out of 10!

last year we were contemplating converting from oil to gas knowing the financial ease it would offer, unfortunately we were forced to make this decision a lot sooner then expected. Having had our oil tank filled three times nearing the end of summer and mid winter we couldn't afford 600-700 every three months. and then the worst thing happened. our furnace broke down, oil was empty again and it was freezing. Two kids and an distraught wife sped this process up considerably to say the least. luckily we found GTA Heating, Christian assured us not to worry. he would help ease our minds. They showed up the next morning around 7 am and provided us with a estimate. within days, endbridge was here, installed the gas lines, GTA heating put the new furnace in the next day, had an inspector already lined up i assume because they showed the following day after installation. and tad a!!! We had heat. i cant thank them enough for the way they seemed to go above and beyond. my family and i thank you, and we highly recommend your service to everyone we know. and will call when we are ready for the tankless water heater.

Imagine returning to a frozen home on December 31st and realizing the mercury was about to plummet. Then imagine, one phone call later, having a house full of loaned (not rented) electric radiators, a quote provided January 1st from a business owner who was away on vacation at the time of my call, and a whole new heating plant installed, up and running within days. That was our terrific experience with Christian and Don of GTA Heating. Christian had installed one new radiator for me a year earlier, so I made the call with confidence. Still, I was genuinely impressed with the way they walked me through a pressure-free decision process, loaned the heaters without question before they even quoted, and returned for two minor adjustments (answering weekend and evening calls within minutes) after the initial install. Their quote was competitive and they fixed a number of issues with the surrounding plumbing that could have been ignored (and were ignored by the other company quoting) just to make sure our century home had a new service right up to snuff. I'd hire these guys again in an instant.
