    Furnace / AC - purchase and install

    I've used HAMCO twice now, and I have nothing but great things to say! Excellent, clean install and great communication. Very easy to work with, efficient and competitive prices. .

    New A/C install

    This was the second time we have used Hamco for A/C. This time we needed A/C installed in a New house. The experience was so easy and quick I would recommend them to anyone. They came out to determine what our needs were and provided pricing right away. The price was higher than other "flyer" pricing that we saw, especially being in a new development we had been approached by a number of companies with "low prices". Although price was a little more we found comfort in knowing that the job was going to be done right! There are many things that go into the install that I didn't even think about, but the knowledge of the staff gave me comfort in knowing it would be done right. You really do get what you pay for, I wouldn't want to trust the install to anyone other than the pros! They were able to accommodate our schedule and had the unit installed fast. The installers were very nice and professional covering all flooring and keeping the work area clean. The install was so clean That I actually like showing it off to friends and family when they come over. I will continue to use Hamco for all my heating and cooling needs and will always encourage others to do the same. Thanks Hamco!!

    Installed water tank

    I was very happy with Hamco. I got great service from everyone in the company. They were attentive, helpful & the engineers took time to show me how to maintain the tank. I would highly recommend them.

    HVAC and water heater install

    Our old system was approximately 17 years old and needed a complete replacement. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and committed to doing everything for us from start to finish, including returning our Reliance gas water heater, to registering our warranties on the new equipment and taking care of the OPA rebate paperwork. We signed the contract on Friday and the install was scheduled for the following Monday. The crew of 3 arrived in the morning on time and completed the install later in the afternoon. The work included removing the old furnace, A/C, water heater and replacing them with a high efficiency gas furnace and A/C, a furnace mounted humidifier, and an electric water heater. This also involved gas line work, duct work modifications, plumbing and electrical wiring. Before the crew left, they swept the area of debris, ensured the equipment was operating, and provided some instruction and tips on the new equipment. The entire process was very professional and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

    furnace relocate and ducting replacement

    We have used HAMCO for furnace replacement and maintenance for years. When we moved to our new home, we did not think of asking anyone else to update the ducting. They suggested also relocating the existing furnace (which was working fine even thought 7 years old - not even a hint of trying to sell us a new one!) as well - looks awesome, so much more room, and they cleaned up the mess of gas lines. ducting, and exhaust pipes that had been added in since the original oil furnace and tank were removed many years ago. Bonus - reduced noise from the furnace and ducting! We have found them to be trustworthy, reasonable, and the resultant peace of mind and increased comfort for us is priceless! We have recommended HAMCO in the past and will continue to do so!

    heating and hot water combi boiler installation

    The people at Hamco were fantastic. They were very professional and great to deal with. My wife and I were going through a major home renovation and we hired Hamco to replace our old furnace and hot water system with a new combi boiler system. They were very thorough and explained all our options. If we had any issues, they were very quick to respond and there were no surprises with our costs. I would gladly recommend the Hamco people and we will definitely be using them down the road when we have a cooling system installed in our home. Thank you Hamco!

    Gas Piping Installation

    The installers arrived on time and were very professional throughout the entire job. We were very pleased with the quality of work and when the job was complete they made sure everything was cleaned up and taken with them. The salesman followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were satisfied. We will use Hamco Heating and Cooling for any future jobs we require.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    This review is about 3 years late. The worst $10K heating and air conditioning decision ever made. Furnace still leaks, gas & hydro bills haven't decreased and my house continues to be warm in summer and cold in winter. Brutal Company. Stay clear.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning

    Responsive, knowledgeable sales and professional installation and installation. Done faster than estimated with great respect for the house and clear communication with respect to the process.Good service plan and warranty. I will use this company for further projects.

    Air Conditioner

    Dealing with Hamco has been one of the most positive experiences we've ever had as homeowners in our adopted country of Canada. I am a very busy person and don't have time to worry that if it looks like I'm saving 20 cents by going with one company over another, will I be buying a bad product, and so is my wife - with Hamco, we knew we could trust them, their pricing and quality from the moment we met their one of their professional sales people, Andrew. He gave us an honest quote, and even told us to call around and get other prices if we needed to compare - no pressure! We also wanted to deal with a large company, not one that works out of their garage. Hamco seemed to have a lot of history too - 65 years - not one of those operations that that might not be around in 6 months in case you need repairs. They came and did the work last week, and it went very smooth. Their service people were clean, polite and hardworking, and did not leave a mess - the basement was cleaner after they left than when they first arrived! Best of all, the equipment is working great! I could not recommend Hamco enough to anyone needing professional, quality, reasonably-priced services for their cooling needs. Thank you Andrew! Thank you Hamco!
