    Hot Water Tank Diagnostic

    My hot water tank was only giving me 5 minutes of hot water. I bought the tank from Hamco and ask them to come by to take a look. The representative came and looked at the tank for 5 minutes. He did not open or touch the tank and said its PROBABLY the dip tube and to replace it for $285.00 then left. He charged $96.01 incl. tax for the 5 minute diagnostic. I asked him to open it and he said the call is for me to just come to the door. I didn't argue any longer. I read on the internet the dip tube part costs $20.00 and its a one hour job. So technically they are charging $350.00 per hr. I called Archie and Son they said $95.00 plus the part cost. Do not go to Hamco for anything.

    Furnace cleaning, replacement and repair

    I am the manager of 94 unit townhouse complex. John has always responded quickly and efficiently to replacing furnaces that breakdown and his team of professional employees completes annual inspection and cleaning of each furnace. They respond immediately to calls and are curtious and polite to my members.

    install central ac and furnace

    While the final product has worked well, I had a very frustrating time with the office staff who would not provide any assistance with applying for the government grants that were available and would not return phone calls related to this issue.

    Furnace

    After we signed deal, we were told the high efficiency furnace didn't meet any rebates. Installers arrived and were horrified that the furnace was in attic (no basement).. sales person had inspected site and said he was sending a special team. The air was BLUE!!! Just glad Mom wasn't there. On start up the whistling was incredible. Told we needed more cold air return. Hacked a hole in the cold air in attic, covered with a furnace filter. After install no heat in bedrooms. It went on for months, no satisfaction.

    new furnace and air conditioner

    I was very pleased with this company. The owner visited our home and brought materials on all types of furnaces and air condioners. He was frank, honest and gave us many suggestions. He was eager to answer our questions. We followed his suggestions. On installation day the installers were neat, polite and did an excellent job. They also did somew extra work for us at no cost. I felt that they were most trustworthy.

    nEW fURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE

    Hamco initially installed the new frunace and air conditioning seven years ago. We have them provide annual maintenance. I find their work and recommendations excellent. There have been now excessive recommendations for costly work. They have been very good at recommending low cost maintenance items.
