Heating Plus's technician Serge was the nicest serviceman I have ever dealt with. He was honest and didn't try to push me into a New Furnace ( mine is 15yrs old ) , He did a great job and even checked my hot water tank while he was here at no extra charge,Serge was personable, professional and got the job done quickly, I will recommend Heating Plus and Serge to all my friends

My furnace broke down last week at 2am , called alot of Heating Companies most could not or would not come out untill the next day which meant I would have to miss work and wait or have no heat, I called Heating Plus and they were at the door within 45 minutes the technician repaired my furnace within 30 minutes, I am very happy with the service that both Lucy on the phone and Stan the technician provided which is why I am taking the time to write this review.

We found this company through Homestars and decided to call them over to Quote on our Job. We were very happy the technician explained in detail every aspect of the equipment and the installation, their pricing was very reasonable and they were the only company that conducted a Heat loss /Heat gain calculation on our home to make sure we got the right size equipment!. The job was done without mess and we are very happy with the equipment. (it's been 6 months ) I would recommend Heating Plus to everytone

We purchased a new High Efficiency furnace and air conditioner in February. They provided us with excellent service at a great price for the package. Paul and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They installed our furnace and air conditioner in a very clean and efficient manner. They explained us how to use the system and answered all of our questions. We had an excellent experience with this company and we would not hesitate recommending them to family and friends!

My furnace broke down just when the weather began to get cold. I phoned Heating Plus and Lucy assured me that help was on the way. Within the hour, Paul and his crew were at my house and were able to diagnose the problem (my ventilator fan was broken). They were able to find the appropriate part immediately and complete the installation quickly and at a fair price. Paul and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others!

If your looking a great quality job at a great price then you need to call Heating Plus, we were in the market for a new heating system we did our research called in 5 companies to get prices, in the end Heating Plus won our business and trust hands down, they gave us indepth information that was not available with the others, the job they did was fantastic at a great price, Don't waste your time with others call Heating Plus you will be glad you did we were!

The furnace in the house I'm renting out broke down and after determining that the thermostat wasn't the main issue, I had to call someone in. Heating Plus came to diagnose the problem the same night, the day of a major snow dump. After determining what the problem was, they came in the following day and replaced the part. It's been working fine since. There were two reasons that I didn't make it a perfect score. First, I could not fully understand the explanation given by the technician who came to diagnose the problem. This is partly my fault because I was not able to see the furnace and technician in person, so I could only communicate by phone. It wasn't an issue of explaining what was broken. The problem was that the technician said the thermostat caused the failure of the fan control center relay & transformer. When I asked him repeatedly him how this might have happened, he kept repeating WHAT was not working, now HOW it stopped working or HOW one caused the other to fail. Paul at Heating Plus was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction over the phone. He was very thorough and took the time needed to explain the details. Secondly I felt that the price was on the steep side for the part that was defective and service. However, because of my circumstances, I felt that using Heating Plus was the lower risk option. Overall, I am pleased with the job they did. They were very responsive to my needs and questions, which was especially valuable considering that all the servicing of my furnace took place over a 24-hour period starting from a friday night and during bad weather.

I was without heat for a night. I called heating plus in the morning and talked to Lucy. She said that someone should be over within the hour. I didn't think it was possible. But to my surprise 30min later somebody was here. In a matter of minutes he figured out the problem. From that point, to picking up and installing the part it only took a couple of hours. He did a really good job, he was very polite and friendly and that made this experience easier for me. Thank you heating plus!!!

My old furnace broke down during a cold spell. Heating Plus came by right away and replace my old furnance the same day. My heating bills are now lower so it has more than paid for itself!! I really appreciate the fact that we did not have to freeze all night. The courteous staff was very polite and did not leave any mess at all.
