We are very satisfied with our new deck. We used a composite material. We were pleased with the colour and durability options that were provided to us. Geoff was our initial contact and we found him to be quite knowledgable about the products and the design of the deck. He was available to answer any and all of our questions as they arose. Ibrahim and the work crew were outstanding. They work on one project until it is completed so that once they arrive you have them until your deck is ready to go. The crew were there when they said they would be on site and worked full days. They were knowledgable and helpful. The work was done carefully and safely. They were flexible enough to make any changes that we needed during the construction. I would recommend this company without reservation!

We couldn't be happier with our new deck and fence. We had a vision in our minds and the finished product is beyond our expectations. From Geoff's first visit we knew this was the company we would choose for this project. Their outdoor showroom was very helpful in choosing the product and color we wanted. Geoff's quote was was well laid out and easy to understand. The workmanship of Fred, Chris and Mark was outstanding, with great attention to detail. I was apprehensive about having the work done imaging piles of mud and was concerned about getting the dogs outside to exercise. All the workers were very friendly and helpful and kept the worksite safe and clean and kept an eye on the dogs. We now have a beautiful cedar deck which I know has added value to our property. The workmanship is exceptional (5 stars to Fred Jackson) and I have already recommended Hickory Dickory Decks to the neighbours.

We recently hired Hickory, Dickory Deck to build a raised maintenance free deck and could not be happier. The great service started with our sales person Geoff Aucoin who was extremely professional, friendly and helpful though the whole process. Geoff was one of the key reasons why we chose Hickory, Dickory Deck. The project was done on schedule and within the budget quoted. The workmanship is top notch and throughout the project, mess was kept to a minimum. Geoff was available throughout the project and ensured any issues or questions were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend Geoff and his team for any deck project.

Hickory Dickory did an excellent job, from initial contact all the way through to completion. Their service was timely, courteous and considerate. Two years after the deck was installed, a minor concern came up about a defect in the product, unrelated to the quality of Hickory Dickory's work. They did an excellent job of supporting us with our warranty claim with the product manufacturer and ensured that the repair was completed at no cost to us.

The level of craftmanship and product were only surpassed by Geoff Aucoin and his teams professionalism and their ability to include us in all aspects of planning our deck. We couldnt be happier with the finished product. Thanks again to Geoff and Hickory Dickory Decks.

Geoff and Ibrahim were very easy and pleasant to work with. Their crew got the work done very fast and with high quality. They offered suggestions when we were not sure what would be best in certain situations and they always made sure we were happy with what they had done. I'm assuming that our project was probably one of their smaller ones but they treated it like any other big scale project. Very rare and very professional. I would hire them again in a flash to do any other work.

Huge thanks to Geoff and Ibrahim for the terrific deck they built for us. We had a specific idea in mind and Geoff was able to capture it perfectly in a professional design, which Ibrahim then built to perfection. Despite us changing our mind frequently about several elements of the design, Geoff and Ibrahim showed tremendous understanding, flexibility, and finished the job on time - as promised! Our deck is now the talk of the neighborhood - complete with built-in bench, BBQ prep table, and A/C custom covering. We've already spent every morning having breakfast on the deck and had guests over several times in just the last few weeks since it was built - we're looking forward to enjoying this deck for many years to come!
