    New Front Door

    Tony at Home Decor was refered to us by a friend. He was extremely knowledgable, guided us through choosing the right door for our home which I absolutely love. He was very professional, excellent follow up and I would definately use his services again. I would also refer him to any friend or co-workers looking for windows or doors. Service followup was excellent

    Front Door Installation

    I was very pleased with Tony's service when he came to meet me to talk about installing our new front door. While I am very pleased with the finished product, I was met with bad service throughout the installation and afterwards. First, the guys from Home Decor showed up to install my door without confirming the date or time with me. Second, the door that they brought did not adequately fit my space (even though it was custom-made based on Tony's measurements). When I called Tony to speak to him about it, he was very condescending about the whole issue. He repeatedly told me that HE was the expert, even though his guys agreed that there was a problem with the door that they brought. Third, once the door was finally installed, there was a minor issue that needed resolution. I had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with Tony about it, and the issue was resolved only after approximately 1 month.

    In situations with older homes like yours, once the existing door is removed, there are almost always certain surprises, which in fact get dealt with on site. Unfortunately, there are never two similar circumstances. Our installers experienced this particular situation which required some guidance from our experts in order to properly install the door, which although required extra time & effort, was successfully installed and property completed. This was a custom door made specifically for the opening based on many years of experience and the final result - a beautiful door system! There was a minor service issue in question, and unfortunately, an issue which is not required to be completed by our installers, but as an extra service to our customer it required some time for us to source the item and this matter was eventually resolved. We trust that you will receive many compliments on your choice of door & appreciate the value it will add to your home.

    New windows and one outside door

    Tony provided excellent pre-purchase service. He was understanding and patient and appreciated the time involved in spending this amount of money as he was aware we were looking at other businesses. The only negative was the post-installation service. There is a minor issue with the kitchen window and five months after installation we have heard from them once but nobody has come by. I do not know how their service would be if the issue was much greater.

    Window replacement

    I replaced 25 windows in my house. Selecting a company to do a job of this magnitude was stressful to say the least. After a great deal of research I chose Home Decor and am satisfied that I made the right decision. My windows are beautiful. My neighbours and even the government energy auditor were very impressed. Tony and his team were a pleasure to deal with and professional at all times. I would highly recommend Home Decor to anyone replacing windows.

    Front Entrance Door

    We wanted to replace our front door. My husband brought home some brochures from Home Decor Window & Door Centre Inc. I immediately fell in love with this one particular door. We visited the showroom and with Tony's expert advice we selected our door. Tony was very helpful, patient and professional. Our door was ready before we expected and was installed by Jose and his Father who did an exceptional job. The only word I can think of to describe our door is stunning!!! We are extremely happy with the quality and service provided by Home Decor and would recommend them to everybody we know.

    Windows and doors

    Our dealings with Tony De Bartolo, owner of Home Decor, to replace our windows and doors over the past few years has been exceptional. We started off by replacing a few windows and were so impressed with the windows, his service, and the installer that we continued with replacing the rest of our windows and our doors over the new couple of years with Home Decor. The quality of the windows and doors are, in our mind, exceptional. We had 3 quotes before starting and his prices were in the middle, but it was Tony's honesty and professionalism that sold us - and we haven't been disappointed. Tony is not one of those "smarmy" or pushy salesmen - he has backed his service and commitments all the way. We had an idea of what we wanted for our exterior french doors and he said "no problem, we can do it" and they did - superbly! Our front door is also outstanding - he knew just what we wanted, and delivered! He worked with us on our windows, offering recommndations and advice on our suggestions, and we couldn't be happier. As you can see, we can't praise Tony, Home Decor, and the installer Jose enough! We would recommend them to everyone!

    Main Entry Door & Upper Windows

    Anyone can sell you a product from a showroom or catelogue, but as a home owner one of the greatest fears we have is how will it look after its been installed. Tony and his team, specifically Jose have delivered on both occasions, first with our custom main entry door and secondly with the replacement to energy efficient windows on our second floor. Our families, friends & neighbours have all noticed the stunning design and quality workmanship on the installation. As a homeowner this is one of the greatest compliments, not only knowing that we have improved the value of our greatest investment but that we have wisely chosen the correct product & supplier within our budget. Needless to say, we strongly recommend Home Decor Window & Door Centre Inc to all homeowners who are considering these purchases.....I know once we are ready to complete our main floor window replacement we will be calling Tony.

    New front door

    Tony and his team are the best. I met Tony at the Home Show and his professionalism, knowledge and pleasant manner impressed me right from the start. He is a pleasure to deal with. The installation was also superb. The whole process was a breeze from start to finish (which is unfortuantely very rare in home improvement these days). I love my new door and was very impressed with Home Decor. I am a customer for life.

    New windows and doors

    We met Tony at the Home show and immediately felt comfortable in dealing with him. He was very courteous and professional when he came to the house to provide an estimate.He helped us select the correct windows and advised us on choosing our new front door (which turned out amazing).Jose and crew were fantastic. They arrived on time and even stayed until close to nine pm working all day with 1 half hour break. I would certainly recommend Home Decor and windows to anyone that is planning on new windows and doors.

    Replacement of most windows and 2 entry dorrs.

    Jose and his crew of 2 others arrived on time, and replaced all 8 windows and one entry door the first day. The second day, they installed the second door and completed all of the finishing work. They were kind and polite, and there was absolutely nothing to clean up after they left. Paul the salesman was great, and answered all of my questions, and returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. A great overall home improvement experience.
