I found Home Decor on the internet. I was looking to have a double front door entry changed to a single door with side windows. But I wanted something special. They got my attention for two reasons. They were prompt in answering my enquiry email plus they told me that what I wanted to do was no problem. On their website, it says "your style, your way". That's exactly what I got. My double doors were made into a single door with side windows that were 2/3 frosted (so no one can see in)and the bottom 1/3 was left clear for my pups to see the world. The door is beautiful. The dogs are happy. I am happy. The installation went smoothly. The installers were efficient, professional and neat. After service was great too. I am really please the new doors from Home Decor.

After calling and visiting other suppliers, Home Decor Windows and Doors came highly recommended. We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the patience and care that was exhibited from the original concept phase right through to the final installation. Furthermore, the price was reasonable.

We were looking for a particular door style and had difficulty finding a company that could help us. We called Home Decor and met with Tony, who gave us lots of ideas and helped us achieve the look we were after. Every aspect of our decision from the first meeting with Tony until the final product exceeded our expectations. Henry and his crew were great, clean, courteous and tidy. We highly recommend Home Decor as we have received great compliments on our door.

We were very happy with the whole experience. The door was manufactured and delivered in advance of the target date we had requested. The installer came on-time and was very thorough. The quality of the door and the hardware were top notch and looked great. We had a slight problem with fact that a hole was not drilled to accomodate the wire for the alarm, but upon request they came back promptly to resolve the issue to our total satisfaction!!

Mary and I are very impressed and happy with the quality of work and service we've come to expect from Home Decor. We had an exterior french patio door put in yesterday. The installers were very careful in prepping the work area and left the area clean when they left. They took the time to explain the work they were doing and were patient in answering the questions I had. We're repeat customers who are very detail-oriented and we're happy we've met someone who shares that same quality. We will continue to refer friends and family to you guys. i was most pleased with the quality of the work and the windows. the installers were effecient, tidy , polite and eager to please. this company is very reputable and i highly recommend them.

We had the company replace our double front doors. The salesman, who was the owner, came to our house and was very helpful. He took the time to explain our different options. The workmen who installed the doors did an excellent job. They were also friendly, polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We have had so many compliments about the doors and are thrilled with them. We would highly recommend Home Decor Windows & Door Centre.

This review is long overdue. After reading the reviews on homestars and getting a few competitive quotes, I contacted Tony. I knew the exact insert and product I was looking for so I was able to get an accurate quote. At our meeting Tony was very professional and I liked some of the recommendations he had. The installation was delayed due to several of the installers getting the flu which was not a big issue for me, but it would have been nice to be notified earlier rather than me initiating the phone calls. My biggest problem was with the installers. I was not impressed with them at all. They were trying to make the door fit in the space and their technique involved a lot of kicking and trying to jam the door which resulted in scratches and a dent on the door. The installers complained a lot about how it was supposed to take them a couple hours and instead they had been there most of the day. I showed them the marks they had made and I was told to call the office and they shrugged their shoulders. When I called to complain about this issue, I felt like I was the one who was imposing. Regardless, the service rep. they sent was very good and fixed the problem although I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a new door be exactly what it is - a new door without dents and scratches. While the door looks great, it does not eliminate the problems I had and I expected more in terms of customer service.

Home Decor did an excellent job with the window replacement. I found that they were very professional at all times. They were always on time and were well within my given budget. I would recommend them any day.
