    Garden doors, and several windows

    An absolute pleasure working with Tony De Bartolo and his crew of very capable craftsman. Tony carefully explained several options to for our sunroom window replacement and garden door install. After placing our order, the goods were delivered a mere short 4 weeks later. Tony's installer, Jose, is simply the best. His craftsmanship, patience and expertise was prominent over the two days he spent installing our windows and doors. They were prompt, careful and very clean -- always cleaning up after themselves and leaving the job site perfectly clean. We look forward to working with Tony and Jose again when it's time to replace our front and side entrance doors.

    Window and Doors

    We purchased replacement Entrance Door and Windows in February of 2007 from Home Decor. The service and products offered were exceptional. Tony was very helpful and patient in picking our new Door and Windows. We were not really aware of all the options available to us but Tony patiently explained products available and helped us pick our new Door and Windows. The installation was excellent - the installers were extremely friendly and we were impressed on the quality of their workmanship. Also they were very conscientious to detail and left our home as clean and tidy as they found it. The Door was especially beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the choice Tony helped us make. Overall the I would highly recommend Tony and Home Decor - he is someone you can trust who has extensive experience and can help you make the right choices.

    Purchase and installation of windows

    Workmanship - quality of windows are as stated. Installation was clean and professional; no damage to trim; excellent clean up. Consultation - listened to understand needs; offered suggestions that I'd never considered, with clear reasons why, which allowed me to make informed decisions - just wonderful! Service - very service oriented, from the company rep to the workmen. Commitment - Tony and I had agreed on a stated delivery date with a no later than date - happy to say Home Decor delivered and left one pleased and satisfied customer.

    Replaced front door, back door, side door to garage, picture window, glass in windows which had been previously replaced by another company

    Every company is pleasant enough when they want your business, but we have nothing but the highest praise for Tony DeBartolo and his staff of Home Decor Window & Door. Not only are the products of the finest craftsmanship, but, with windows and doors it is the installation that matters, and the installation was efficent, clean, and most of all made such a difference to our home heating bills. After you have paid, often that is the last you see of any company, not with Home Decor. It is over two years since our installation. We had a minor problem with a door handle, no problem--within two days of my call a courteous service person was on site and fixed it. Now that is the service everyone wants and is so rare. We give Home Decor the highest rating and would recommend them to anyone seeking to replace windows and doors, or buying new doors for a new home!

    Front Door Replacement

    Tony and his team at Home Decor Windows and Doors did a fantastic job on my replacement front door. The new door is simply stunning and it has transformed the look of my home. Their workmanship, and installation craftsmanship are second to none. They come highly recommended from this satisfied customer.

    Front Entrance door replacement

    What a salesman! The people at Home & Decor were great! The door is fantastic. Everyone on my street is commenting on how wonderful my front door is. Thank you for the great workmanship! It is exactly what I wanted.

    Replaced all the windows, bay window and patio door in the house

    I would highly recommend “Home Decor Windows and Doors” to anyone who is interested in redoing their windows and doors for an existing house or a new one. Dealing with Home Decor personnel was a pleasure from start to the end, specially with Tony De Bartolo who is excellent sales person who knows how to deal with a customer and a true professional and Jose who is a an excellent installer. I got a number of estimates from other companies and Home Décor’s price was the best. As they say price is not everything. Material, quality, workmanship and service are more important and Home Decor excels in all these areas. I put an order to replace all the windows, a bay window and a patio door in the house. They promised 6-7 weeks of delivery and 2-3 days to complete the work. The delivery was on time and the installation by Jose and his team was the best experience I've had for long time related to contractors of late. I highly recommend that you go with this company if you're looking for good doors and/or windows. You will not be disappointed.

    Window & Door replacement

    What a difference quality and exceptional workmanship make!! A great experience from the first call to the last day of installation. Tony, not only are you lucky to have guys like Jose and his partner working for you, your product and customer care are to be commended. The windows were installed quickly and professionally both inside and out with NO MESS left behind! The new front door is the talk of the neighbourhood...it's amazing what a difference it makes to the look and feel (good bye drafts) of the house. Thanks for a job well done it was a pleasure working with you and your team! Good customer service is alive and well at Home Decor. Pete & Sue in Aurora

    installed all windows, doors, and lock sets

    Very pleasant to deal with. Very knowledgeable, the product is as stated....great...and everyone that came to the job site was a pleasure to deal with. Any outstanding service items were immediately attended to. I would definitely do business with Tony, Carol and all the crew again anytime, and have already referred Home Decor to others.     front porch windows, door & 2nd fl replaced

    Well guys you did an excellent job we keep getting compliments on the windows and especially the door people stop and stare at the house constantly. The final product actually exceeded our expectations. I would recomnend you to anyone who is interested in redoing their windows and doors. Our home is an old house and is of course not level and square due to shifting over the years. Hose managed to make everything square when he installed the windows and did so on 2 of the hottest days of the summer. He was very detalied, unlike previous companys we had hired. Very impressive work! Highly recommended
