From the beginning, sales person was on time, friendly and helpful. Dealing with the office staff and the owner was a pleasure. Most of all the installation was excellent. Jose the installer took pride in his work, amazing finish. He was very honest with regards to completion time line. You guys made our new door experience so amazing by providing top drawer customer service and the best quality door money can buy! We contemplated the purchase for 2 years, our existing door was about 100 years old, so it was a tough decision to make to replace the antique. We looked around at what others had to offer and came to the decision that your product was the best on the market. We were extremely pleased with the installation team's professionalism and attention to detail. Our installation was their last job for the day, it was hot, humid and sunny that June day and they tackled it as it was their first. Thanks for that guys! After 2 sets of horrible windows in the past, I shopped hard for some good windows. Tony and his product seemed too good to be true, but Tony won my trust and business. He was totally professional and efficient, followed up all the way and was a delight to work with. The installation was exactly on time and the site was cleaned up. The windows seem excellent (I even had a contractor friend check them out, with Tony's complete cooperation). Only time will tell how well the windows stand up, but so far the experience has been like none other I have had.

I have to say Tony is a true professional whose honesty and personality made him the logical choice. His prices are reasonable, his quality excellent and his installation team was on time, did a good job and finished on time (and they cleaned up). Had Home Decor install 8 double-hung windows plus a new door (with ODL doorlight) recently. The price we received (vs. three other vendors from whom I got quotes) was terrific - about $1,000 less in total. Delivery was as they promised (7-8 weeks) and installation was the best experience I've had among my (unfortunately many) experiences with contractors of late. One day and done - as promised. Will definitely use them again when we need some other windows in the house replaced next year.

After considering many window manufacturers, I decided on the Hometech product, for its energy ratings and aesthetics. I learned of Home Decor Windows & Doors at the Home Show. The sales representative was extremely helpful, attentive, and patient in reviewing options with me. I went with a complete tear-out of the existing windows. The installation went smoothly, and the results are beautiful, from both the inside and outside view.

Received more than competitive pricing for our replacement windows & doors. Timely & professional service from introduction/quote to completion of the job, with a quality product to boot.
