We visited Huntington Lodge Electric Fireplaces after reading this company's favourable reviews on the internet. We definitely made the right decision. We found Colin Grier to be more than helpful. There was no pressure to buy from the large selection. He took the time to explain all the features of the fireplaces and thereby made it easy for us to decide which fireplace would fit into our home. The installation went smoothly and the fireplace is now a great addition.

Finding the correct fireplace for a client is totally a daunting task. Even being an interior designer does not make it any easier. Relying on the best sourcing is the key- Colin is the man for electric fireplace knowledge. He gave me a few options based on scale,price and value for the client's money... We selected a fabulous fireplace that just made the room! No messy clean up- just the warm ambient light that does not compete with the tv. Thanks again Colin! Colin was very helpful in analyzing my needs for redecorating my solarium and helping me choose which fireplace most appropriate for the limited space that I have. After going to other fireplace companies with no success, I was delighted by the service at Huntington. Colin went out of his way to ask for pictures of my living room and used his interior design skills to suggest an option I had not thought of but turned out to be very good and the right solution. And the fireplace was delivered well ahead of the promised timeline. We greatly enjoyed it during the holidays.

We found Huntington Lodge on the web and noticed it was very close to our home. Colin had the item in his showroom and we were able to purchase our perfect fireplace that evening. Colin was very friendly, the showroom was spotless and not only did he stay open a bit later so we could purchase this but he helped us load it up in our van! Amazing customer service. A warm and cozy place just to visit! We have already told our friends about this place. I have always wanted a fireplace but couldn't in an apartment until now! Thank you for the terrific shopping experience!

First of all, they have an excellent web site for researching this item. Then they are courteous and informative without being "pushy". Have excellent products and good value-cost ratio. Very satified.

We looked everywhere to find a media centre/fireplace unit that would look like a built in and fit our limited condo space. The unit we selected was beautiful. Colin felt like a friend helping you make your choice he was not pushy or "saleman" like. Delivery & setup was exceptional - he even setup our tv & vcr for us and made sure everything was working just right.

Colin was very helpful in working with me to get the look that I wanted. Delivery and installation was excellent. There was a slight fault that, in consultation with the manufacturer, Colin was able to fix on a subsequent visit. During the recent snowstorms it has been fantastic. Colin left with all the packing materials and I was left with a great fireplace!!

We have recently moved to a condo. This was a large adjustment and I was feeling totally displaced. With Colin's help we now have a beautiful "plug-in". The condo is more like home every day. It has made a HUGH difference for me.

This is our first winter in our new loft and burrr it was cold. We decided that an Electric Fireplace would be the perfect solution for our space but it had to be uber contemporary and sleek. We found Huntington Lodge online and visited the showroom. Colin answered all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and didn’t use any cheesy, high pressure sales tactics but instead let the products speak for themselves. We decided to shop around and after visiting several shops we knew that we were going back to Huntington Lodge because of the customer service. Our new electric fireplace is best purchase we could have made, not to mention our loft is toasty warm!
