Colin I found to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I felt that I was getting a very good product at a reasonable price. I would definitely refer anyone to Huntington Lodge Electric Fireplaces. The service was great and the fireplace looks excellent and provides warmth for a very cool basement room.

Colin, of Huntington Lodge provided great expertise in assisting with the purchase of an electric fireplace for my new Living Room. The service was friendly, very courteous and installation was very professional. I would highly recommend Huntington Lodge and found their prices to be very competitive in the marketplace offering a wide selection of options in different woods and stains. I have had many compliments on my new fireplace and it has truly become the focal point in my Living Room.

Excellent Customer Service....Colin took a personal interest in the project, he came to our home during the purchase and installation of our fireplace. We had a small concern with the glass and it was replaced immediately. We were very pleased with all aspects of the purchase. Colin was very professional and took pride in his work to ensure we were totally staisfied with the istallation.

Service was personalized, friendly, not rushed. Owner is very knowledgeable of all product lines that he carries. He asked several questions to determine my situation and then made recommendations based on my situation, needs, and wants. Many different products were on display to help me decide among various product choices. Showroom is small, but well-decorated and pleasant to shop in. Showroom is located in a residential area, so as easy to find as some locations but parking is adequate and very close to the showroom. Product was ordered and came in prior to the date that I was expecting it. Product was well-packaged, easy to set up on our own, and was in top shape. The fireplace works very well and enhances my home office.

Colin Grier delivered, set up and tested the electric fireplace. I found him most pleasant to deal with. He even took away all the packing material, so I didn't have to dispose of it. I just love my fireplace.

Huntington Lodge offers a wide selection of fireplaces. Colin's knowledge and pleasant manner made our job of choosing a fireplace painless. When we encountered a small problem with the motor of our fireplace, Colin had a repairman by the name of Paul contact us and within a week (give or take a few days)we had our fireplace repaired. The repair service provided by Paul was excellent. We will recommend to our friends.

Excellent assembly and delivery service was supplied along with a very good fireplace. Colin, at Huntington knows exactly where the best place to put the fireplace is and how the room should be arranged. This is a plus. We bought a second fireplace from them to decorate and provide supplemental heat in our finished basement. They noticed a small imperfection in the mantlepiece, and without complaint supplied a replacement. They make your house look better with attention to detail.

We researched into quality electric fireplaces and found Huntington Lodge had the best selection in fire settings and cabinetary.A visit to the store revealed variety and choice. We selected a custom cabinet and are delighted with the heat or no heat option (ambiance).
