This company provides highly personalized and professional service at competitive rates. Sales staff is customer friendly and understands customer's requirements. They followed the entire project from day one and with the collaboration of the office staff took it to successful completion. Technicians showed up on time on appointment day and did a splendid professional job. Despite access problems, they did the installation in record time. The technicians were very friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. Performed and excellent job to our full satisfaction.

The drain on my furnace was leaking water. They had installed my furnace and were prompt in addressing this problem. The technician was professional in explaining the problem and fixing the leak. He arrived at the time given for the repair. He explained details about how the furnace was running. It was a pleasant experience.

After about 35 years with a Lenox furnace it was time for a change....!! The unit was still running 100% (mind you I did keep it well maintained every year)... however my Electrical and Gas bills were telling me its time to make a change and save some money....!!!! For years I've been looking to upgrade to a high efficiency furnace and finally made up my mind this year. Bought the unit at Costco, for they are known to deal only with reputable suppliers when dealing with big ticket items. "Husky" the dealer that installed the units (Lenox Furnace and Air Condition) were very professional in handling the install. They send a team of 3 professionals (Sam, Ali and Brian). The install begun at approx. 8:30 am and had all completed and area cleaned by 4:30pm. So far I'm very satisfied with the units we purchased and installed...... I know I will be enjoying them for years to come ..... thank-you Husky, Sam Ali and Brian....!!!!! It was a great experience dealing with them ....!!

I did find Husky Heating & Air Conditioning to be very relay-able, very knowledgeable, They come with the most economical solutions, From the service man to the manager and the owners they are all working as a team to help the consumer. They did the work at my house without leaving me with any deficiency or a recall, I do recommend Husky to any one that is asking me for HAVC contractor. Many other companies at the industry could learn from Husky how a company should give service & repairs to the public.

Our furnace stopped working over the long holiday weekend & although a service man from another company came on two occasions he was not able to find the problem. Husky arrived soon after our telephone call to them and the technician, Andre identified the problem immediately & corrected same. Andre was very polite & efficient. We would recommend Husky without any hesitation.

Dimitri provided me a quote for a Rinnai RUC80 Tankless Water Heater including Installation over the phone that was much lower than his competitors. At the agreed date and time, Sam and Ali were at my house. After a quick inspection and through discussion of various installation options, they went to work. In three hours, everything was installed perfectly. They checked all of the hot water taps throughout the house. then they cleaned up everything leaving the house better than it was when they arrived. The water heater is performing flawlessly. We have been using the services of this company since about 2001. First at my previous house when the heating system stopped working in winter and the house temperature dropped to below 10 degrees. I called them and the guys worked until 4 am replacing the whole system. Then, both of my children used this company's services numerous times services in their houses. Very reliable, timely response, no-nonsense professional services at most reasonable price. Highly satisfied!!! Recommend to anybody.
