Our house was cold since last night. We thought it was the thermostat not working but upon buying a new thermostat this morning it was still not working and the house temperature went down to 53 degrees in the coldest week of this year Feb 2016. upon google search we found Husky Heating & Air Conditioning which does furnace repairs. We compared shop another company and found Husky's price was more affordable. Apparently the switch that force the heat air was not working and we need to replace it even though under warranty we need to pay for the labor cost of replacing it. The technician was friendly, polite and helpful explaining what happened. For the technician to come cost 99.96 before tax but to replace the parts with labor cost another 99.00 before tax. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received from Husky. The technician told me about doing a review, and I am willing and happy with this service. I am warm now and happy to spread the word to my friends about Husky.

Excellent company. I had a problem with furnace motor and called Husky Air at 12 PM. At 2 PM same day everything was done. Husky Air found my furnace was on Warranty. Very friendly, honest, professional and just a company you want to deal with. Thank you.

I replaced my tank with tankless Rinnai 80i and Ali and Sam came with another guy to install the unit. This guys were very good workers and nice installation work. Clean job and did not argue for the difficult venting pipe routing I requested. Great Job. Would call them back for furnace work in future. Got rid of big white tank and installed small tankless.

When I have a first conversation with a company they right away found a problem and a problem was with heat exchange, because of 15-year warranty the part was free and I just paid for labor. Husky ordered a new heat exchange and next day technician came and changed it, week before technician from local company came and said that need to change the blower motor, ridiculous... Husky was recommended me by my two friends and i regret that didn't call them on beginning, just spent $200 extra to local technician. Husky gave an excellent service.

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service that I received from Andre, the technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He also took the time to listen to and answer my questions in regards to the cause for the furnace breakdown and info on the maintenance of the furnace. Thanks Andre for the great service. In the middle of the winter our furnace unit was not working well and we struggled keeping the house higher than at 18 degrees centigrade. We call Husky late in the day and booked for a repair appointment for early next morning between 9 and 11 am. Dave, the Husky technician, phoned us at 8:40 am indicating that he was to arrive to our home in 20 minutes. Dave arrived at 8:55 am and in less than one hour everything was working perfectly well. Dave was very informative and explained to us what was wrong with the furnace, how to solve the problem and the cost of the repair. Dave’s job was very professional, informative and provided us with tips to make better cost efficient use of the furnace unit. We are very glad we contacted Husky during our winter emergency, the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Husky !

It was smart to place an ad in Russian newspaper so they have Russian speaking stuff. Very polite and professional over the phone conversation. Came on time for service. Working area was left clean. After 10 days of Humidifier work I am not happy with it. I think we supposed to discuss a lot more regarding Humidifiers before service provided. They asked me only size of the house to determine which Humidifier to install. I think customer's expectations have to be a first thing to ask, because the Humidifier itself is a tool to solve a problem with humidity and if it doesn't you do not need this device at all. Now we trying to find out why there is no changes in the humidity level in my house after work done.

I would highly recommend Husky ,as I had a fantastic install experience with my ,high-efficiency furnace.I met with some other company ,but this one was very knowledgable.I find Dmitry professional,kind. I sincerely appreciate the quick response. They wasted no time in getting things and warmed up my house one day before New Year. We had our furnace installed by Husky over 4 years ago. They did an excellent job. Yesterday, January 11th, we had some heating problems - furnace was shutting down. We called Husky in the evening and withing 45 minutes technician (even called in advance that he is coming!)came and promptly repaired the furnace. Very efficient service. We definitely can recommend this Company to others.

I just want to say how pleased I was with the service and prompt response from Husky on Dec 31st for a gas leak. The service tech called me back in 20 mins and offered to come by to resolve the issue within 2 hours. I told him the next day was preferable on Jan 01, and he came promptly. This was a rental property and he was very courteous and clean when working in the furnace room by the kids' basement playroom. The entire issue was resolved in less than an hour and was done to satisfaction. I really appreciated his prompt and courteous service. Thanks Dave for your service at 32 Spruce St, in Toronto.
