We are renovating our 1959 house and have put in vaulted ceilings. After removing our R6 insulation we had 5 different companies come in to price the job for full foam insulation. My husband is in the trades but never tells the contractors until after they have gave their opinions and priced the job. Out of the 5 companies, Insta Insulation was the only company that realized our time was as valuable as theirs. When they showed up to price the job they did NOT try to oversell their product and gave us a quote on site. The guys who showed up for the job were on time, very professional, friendly and understand what customer service is all about. When asked a question they took the time to answer and made sure you understood. These guys are certified which was reflected in their work and knowledge of the product they are using. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a job to be done

I had Insta come in and spray foam our 1968 bungalow, including the basement to R24 and outter main floor walls to R19. They also did blown in insulation in the attic to R50. Overall I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Everything from the quotation process to the installers was a professional experience. The crews cleaned up and took care while doing the work. They worked late and were able to do both the basement and main floor in one day, when it was scheduled for a day and a half. There was a separate appointment for the blown in attic insulation which was completed in less than 2 hours. All the work was completed as per the written quote. I also found Bruce to be very helpful during the quotation process, as I had a number of questions. He even responded to my email on a Sunday (which I was not expecting). Above and beyond! Our energy auditor was also very impressed with the work quality when he did the audit. I am looking forward to lower energy costs as a result of the upgraded insulation, as my house had only R7 in the walls and nothing in the basement! I would not hesitate to recommend Insta Insulation to family and friends!

I have a 130 year old home that we were renovating. I called up Insta Insulation to come in and spray the walls with foam insulation. Which was perfect for an older home. It sealed up all gaps and gave us a tight, warm insulated barrier. The guys that came in to spray were friendly and efficient, and cleaned up nicely after they were finished. It was well worth the money, and has dropped my heating bill substantially.

We recently had part of our basement spray foamed and we're very pleased with the outcome. Bruce Jackson could not have been more thorough and pleasant when he came to give us a quote. He really knows his business and is first class and his work ethics are tops. Also, the crew was very good - no problems were encountered during the job, and they cleaned up and left everything perfect.Thanks - thought you would like to know from one satisfied customer. After a few scheduling hiccups and two separate days for the job to be done, we are happy to say it is complete :) I just wanted to make a point of saying how impressed we were with the work completed by James and Jeremy on March 13/12. These guys were amazing - they barely stopped the whole day and stayed until 9PM to get the job done for us. We are so happy with the work they did that I would recommend this company on the crews merit alone :) Jeff was great to work with as well - if it had not been for the scheduling issues and equipment issues it would have been a perfect experience. Great job in the end. Thank you again guys!

I wanted to write a review to say that Insta-Insulation was extremely professional and I know the job was done right! Alex stopped by without a run around of when he could get over to give me a quote. He could not believe the mess that our attic was in after the fire back July 9th, in Burlington... the condo board to whom I pay a small fee to every month was incharge of taking out the old insulation and then I had Insta go in for the quote... to cut a long story short, Alex took it upon himself to remove what was left(of old insulation) and his crew came out and spray foam my entire attic for a cost that I thought was very reasonable. I love the work they do and appreciate their honesty! I would recommend these guys for any insulating need you have or may have in the future! You are the best! Jayne

Cost effective, friendly, prompt, professional, clean ... the accolades could on and on. Alex came in a gave it to me straight. Cost was not hard to swallow and arrived on schedule. When it was all over, it was as if they were never there ... clean! What a great experience. Thanks guys!

I was very satified with the work i recieved from insta-insulation. From their sales staff to the install crew the whole process was very professional. They were very informative explaining all my options and the benifits that i will recieve after the foam was installed. My basement is so much more comfortable now i find myself spending all my time down there. I highly recommend using Insta-Insulation for your insulation needs you will not be disappointed.

I have to be honest, I was nervous, our house is over 112 years old and was drafty and cold - we needed a solution and we knew that Insta-Insulation was the answer - but we knew this would be a HUGE job. The team at Insta-Insulation made the time to come to our house and walk us thru (in-person) the whole plan of what was about to happen. They guided us through packing up, moving and covering our belongings so that their team could be efficient with their time. I had Insta Insulation out to do my attic insulation after taking part in the Government Rebate program. The office staff were very pleasant and scheduled me for a free at home estimate with Brandon Looby, who was very knowledgeable. When the crew came out to do the job they ran me through the process and started right away. When they left, the house was spotless as if they had never been there. I highly recommend Insta-Insulation. GREAT service!
