I had Insta-Insulation come out and spray foam our shop. Everything was done perfectly and the two young men, Mike and Erik, who came out were very nice and polite! They left the shop neat and tidy. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing insulation!

We Hired Insta to remove and replace the insulation , we have used their services many many times. The sales reps are very professional, the crews works is very good. I had 3 companies give me estimates and they were about the same price. I saw Instra on Mike Holmes a lot and liked how thorough they were. From my first phone call to the salesman to the instalation everything was handled in a professional manner. All my questions were answered and from what I saw on Mike Holmes I was comfortable with the answers. I had only R15 insulation and they brought it up to R50+. Because of the lack of insulation we had cold spots around the house. It was January and I figured that I would see an instant change in our cold spots and was getting worried but by the end of the second day our house felt like a thick blanket was covering our house and all the cold spots disappeared and have never come back. One of my concerns was that once the insulation settled would I still have R50. Because I got the insulation installed under the Eco Energy plan when the inspector came for the final inspection his first remark when he inspected the attic was how much insulation I had. He measured R56. I saw a real decrease in my heating and air conditioning costs. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed to have my Cold Cellar insulated so I called up Insta. Bruce Halladay came out to the house for a free at home estimate. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. When the crew came out to do the job, everything was completed as quoted and everything was left tidy and neat. I highly recommend Insta-Insulation! Great Service!

We have a older home that had alot of the pink insulation in it, both in the attic and the outside walls on the 2nd floor. We had all the old removed and then Spray foamed...WOW it is the BEST and so are the people at Insta-insulation

I was initially concerned that Insta would come in higher because of the ‘Mike Holmes’ effect that I had experienced when I had a stucco company quote on my house. They made it quite clear they were the company featured on Holmes on Homes and they were the best and that is why I was paying a premium. I worried this would be the case with Insta but your friendly staff member (Bruce) put me at ease and gave me a very fair price for the best product available. I had checked the prices with a few other companies and Insta had the best product at the best price. They crew did an excellent job of protecting the area from over spray and covered up the receptacles. They removed all of their materials once the job was done. When I renovate the top floor of my house next year I won’t be shopping around for insulation, I will make Insta my first call.

A year ago we had Insta-Insulation come and upgrade the insulation in our 1973 side split. The attic was still the original builder batts, so we had Insta-Insulation air seal the headers of our walls, electrical boxes, exhaust fan hoses and solar tube with spray foam. They then topped up the attic with blown-in cellulose to an R50 and insulated the hatches in the hall and closet. Last summer wasn’t the hottest but, we didn’t need to turn our A/C on for sleeping as much as we would have in the past, the upper level was the most comfortable we’ve experienced in our 14 years in the house. At the same time we had Insta-Insulation spray foam the bare concrete walls in our furnace room and the foundation of our garage. Insta-Insulation was able to insulate the walls without any framing being present. Having done a lot of other work to fixing up the house it was great not needing to frame such an awkward space. Insta-Insulation then came back the a few days later and applied a Monocote fireproof coating to the foam, so we didn’t need to drywall either. The basement was less damp in the summer than any past summers. The furnace room is a walk up so ½ the wall is above grade. We’ve also noticed this winter that our furnace hasn’t needed to come on, or stay on as long as we’ve been used to. As equal billing customers with our gas utility we are in the position this year of having almost 2 months of credit as we get to the end of the heating season. We’ve been asking ourselves why we waited to do the jobs in the house no one sees until last…had we done the attic and basement walls sooner we could have afforded to the other projects quicker with the $ we would have saved in energy costs. To anyone considering multiple renovations on a limited budget do the insulation projects first…live with the outdated kitchen longer, but live in comfort while you wait…use the energy savings to help pay for the dream renovations. Don't do it backwards and wait 14 years like us. We’d like to thank Alex and his team at Insta-Insulation for a quality job. Our friends know how happy we are with the results.

Eighteen months ago we demolished our house of 30 years and hired a contractor to do a near build. After four months of countless disappointment we let the general contractor go and undertook to complete the work on our own. Finding reputable trades became our first priority. We approached Insta Installation and from the outset, their concern for the customer became apparent. Alex (Insta's owner) came on site,listened carefully to our requests and made a number of useful recommendations based upon their wide range of insulation services. He allowed us to consider thing while he prepared and subsequently delivered a very comprehensive and competitive quote. He even went so far as to make enquiries on our behalf with the local building inspector regarding a technical question we had. The scheduled work was completed as promised, on time, by a very professional crew. They even returned a few days later to spray some small areas which needed further attention. Finally, Alex followed up a few weeks later to ensure our satisfaction. He and his company are fine ambassadors for the I diary and have our highest recommendation.
