Our gas furnace and water heater were on their last legs, so we called Kelly's Heating to get a quote. Joe took a look at our current system and air conditioner (that we did not replace), measured, looked at ducts and return air through out the house. His recommendations were sensible and obviously given with the knowledge of years of experience working on people's heating systems. Joe is a knowledgeabel professional giving his careful advice for your heating system - not a salesman trying to sell you. The installation day came and the crew arrived on time, and worked hard to get the job done . All work was top notch, they cleaned up well, and took the time to carefully explain the new systems - how to best operate and maintain them. and answer all my questions. Thanks for a job well done.

We were away in Arizona when our daughter came home from her university night class to realize the heat was low. She called us about what to do. We told her if it didn't get warmer to call Kelly's. When she woke up it was 12 degrees at 7am. Kelly's came in 30 minutes and fixed the problem immediately so she could go to school. I would highly suggest using J. Kelly's!

Our (old) boiler broke down last night, late. The tech came over first thing this morning and explained my options clearly - it was evident that it was time for a new boiler. With the prospect of a very chilly night and two kids in the house - they somehow figured out a way to get a new boiler installed the same day at a reasonable price so that I have heat in the house. A great job by a great company. J Kelly is the only company who will look after my heating needs.

New Years Eve, just after a death in the family, our furnace died also. Joe Kelly came out when everybody else said they were closing. He was kind, considerate and did a terrific job for a reasonable cost installing a new furnace. I'd recommend him any day.

Great customer service and HONEST!! Neil Kelly was the person we spoke to and he tried to trouble shoot with me over the phone first - which was greatly apprecited becuase he was the first one to attempt this to save us money on a service call. This didn't end up working so a technican came out at 8pm at night and we discovered the unit had to be replaced. I found them honest, reliable and reasonably priced for the customer service i recieved. I will never use another company again!

We came home today mid-afternoon to find we had no heat/hot water, both supplied through our BAXI LUNA 310 Boiler. Neil was able to squeeze us in almost immediately, and the technician was able to diagnose the problem and drive out to Mississauga to get the new pump before closing on Friday. Thanks everyone at Kelly's for taking good care of us and restoring our heat on this cold wintry night.

I called J.Kelly's Heating to inspect our natural gas boiler and fireplace. The technician was thorough and explained the inspection process well. He also explained the importance of preventing carbon monoxide buildup and CO detectors in the house. He fixed a faulty pilot light on our fireplace which saved us money on replacing it. I would recommend J.Kelly Heating for heating service.

Kelly did a great job and gave a fair price. Work was done on the agreed date. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a new furnace installation or furnace service.

This company came exactly when they said they would and did the job quoted on time and without any issues. The price was exactly what we agreed upon before starting and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. They did a fantastic job, were extremly courteous and even cleaned up everything just like it was when they arrived, without me having to ask. What a great company. I would reccommend them to my family and friends without question.

I worked with Joe in 2 separate service calls.One was an annal service and the other was radiator valve repair. I found him honest and experienced. True professional. The charge is not cheap, but it is worth the money.
