    Reliable and Professional

    I had two furnaces and one combi boiler that were overdue for a general inspection. I had to wait a bit to get these guys out for the inspection as it was prime season for furnace emergencies but they were scheduled for the New Year and showed up on time with great communication en route. It was a seasoned tradesman with an apprentice, both friendly and polite. They took their time and found an issue with the original installation of the combi boiler. I felt like my appliances got a through review (complete with detailed report) and I was happy to know they are working fine and in the Spring I will have this company back to correct the installation error on the boiler (not done by them) and have the boiler flushed. Ultimately they provided solid piece of mind that my HVAC is in good shape overall.

    Great communication

    Our boiler broke down on a Sunday. They were busy until Monday but communicated well and turned up on time. They were able to do a temporary fix to the problem, and have given us a fair estimate to replace the boiler. Everything went very smoothly, everyone was polite and efficient.

    Very trustworthy and reliable company for ductless air conditioner install

    I had a great experience with Kelly's. Joe came out to do a quote and was very creative in determining what I needed to appropriately cool my second floor (I had an existing malfunctioning single-head unit that a different company wanted more than the original cost to fix!). He recommended a ductless 2-head unit that would replace the existing unit and cool more effectively than before. The quote was reasonable so I hired them. The job was done on schedule, the crew was professional, on time, cleaned up and I observed they took appropriate safety measures at height. And it was very nice to work with an owner-operated company (Joe and his son Neil (who led the install team) own the company). Other HVAC companies I have hired you are dealing with many layers to get anything resolved. A high recommend.

    AC Compressor Repairs and Maintenance

    We had Scott come in to take a look at our AC compressor. He was very professional, punctual, caring, and friendly. He checked the air filter while he was checking a fuse and suggested that we replace it right away. He also disposed of the old air filter for us. And, Scott also agreed to do us a favor and wear shoe covers that we provided. He was very thoughtful and said that he will use the same shoe covers once he's back. Small details go a long way. AC compressor is as good as new now. It has been a pleasure since day 1. Looking forward to doing more business with you!

    New Combi

    They were fantastic. We needed a lot of hand holding as this process was new to us. They spent almost an hour on the phone talking to me about all the different options. After we mutually decided on the best option for us, the execution was flawless. They nailed the job and were amazing with my two young kids who watched almost the entire job. Highly recommend the team and will continue to use them for annual maintenance.

    High efficiency furnace

    Kellys Heating were prompt , knowledgeable and accommodating. The crew explained the process and educated us on our new furnace. The team were friendly, personable, and professional. We are very happy with the new furnace and the work that was done. I would strongly recommend Kellys Heating and Air Conditioning.

    Boiler Replacement

    Kellys Heating did a great job at replacing my home boiler. All of the staff I dealt with were extremely professional and nice to work with. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

    Replacement of the hot water heater.

    Great crew. Came on time and kept us informed as they made progress. Very thorough walk through at the end.

    Boiler consultation

    Our boiler consultation experience with Kellys Heating was excellent. Firstly and most importantly, they provided a thorough & competent analysis of the needs. They were professional, patient, prompt and more than fair. They are expert in their field and treat the customer with the utmost of respect. Super appreciation to Joe and Neil. ( And also Nate who earlier did a complete AC servicing. ) No one finer than the Kellys team!

    New Hot Water Tank

    Little delay getting a quote and then organizing a time to install new tank. Clean, no mess left, organized, polite, no hurry by the two very knowledgeable installers. A reward to have then as my heating and air conditioning maintenance group. Not trying to over bill the customer. Thank you.
