Furnace Troubles
I just bought a new house and was warned by the realtor that the furnace was old and possibly not large enough for the house. Sure enough, it started acting up over the first winter and I was worried I would need to replace the whole thing. Kelly’s Heating called me back immediately and came out right away. They found out it was just two parts that needed to be replaced. It has worked perfectly ever since. I wonder how long the previous owners suffered with half a furnace because they were using the wrong people.

Waterheater Replacement &Installation
Neil and his company are wonderful to work with. Very informative and highly professional crew. Thanks for all the help. This is the 3rd time using J.Kelly and I would recommend them.

J. Kelly’s Heating Ltd. on Bayview Ave.
In the past two years I have used J. Kelly’s Heating Ltd. on Bayview Ave. for a new residential hot water tank and to replace the motor of my forced-air gas furnace. Each job was very satisfactory and I found them to be professional, on-time, efficient, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and tidy. Great service and I highly recommend J. Kelly’s Heating Ltd.

Heating saviours
After our boiler failed on boxing day and the big name firm we had a contract with would not respond within three days (in -30c weather) Neil and team came to the rescue. They quickly diagnosed the problem due to poor maintenance (despite our annual maintenance contract with the other firm), found a stop gap measure while parts were ordered, kept us informed while we were out of the country, and installed the parts over a weekend I will trust Kelly's going forward - and will drop the big name firm like a cold block of ice

Boiler replacement
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, on time and tidy. Our boiler was no longer working and they had a new one installed two days later. Great service. I would highly recommend J. Kelly’s Heating Ltd.

Boiler Installation/Removal
Neil provided detailed estimate options for boiler replacement. Also provided Enbridge rebate info RE: HE boilers and energy conservation measures. Highly professional installers handled this messy job with ease and efficiency in a day. They also helped locate the common wire for the thermostat - no charge. They weren't the cheapest quote but they offered the best value. Highly recommend this established local business.

Hot water heater
Once again J Kelly saves the day! Our hot water heater went out and J Kelly was able to have a replacement installed on the same day!

replacing boiler heating system
Everyone was very professional and helpful. Neil guided me through the process of getting an energy credit from Enbridge which help offset the unexpected expense of having to upgrade our heating system. The guys who installed the system were very respectful and quick, and did not get frustrated when explaining how the system worked in layman terms to us. We shopped around at a few places and were impressed by the responsiveness and overall professionalism from Kelly's Heating. Highly recommended!

Boiler/hot water heater
Conversion from oil to natural gas. They did a great job they were: - Patient and low pressure while they evaluated the work from multiple options we had and walked me through the possible options - Compassionate to my needs by providing help to manage the multiple parties in this project and helping me to find grants/cost savings - Punctual: did the work on our agreed to schedule - Accommodating to special requests I made - On budget/estimate, no surprises

New boiler
Complex installation - was done on time and without any surprises. Although they were highest bidder for this job they provided the most comprehensive estimate and identified several issues that other bidders did not.
