    Honest and Reliable

    My family has been using Kelly's heating since the 1990s and they've always been great. They're fast, responsive, proactive and helpful. I never let anyone use another company, we had so many problems before we found them.

    Oil to Gas Conversion

    Knowing nothing about HVAC, I wasn't exactly sure where to start with converting my home from oil to gas. My partner had used J Kelly's in the past and spoke very highly of their client service and friendly nature. J Kelly's was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a tight turnaround on the work that needed to be done, and J Kelly's was very accommodating with our timeline. They were professional and worked diligently to get the work done quickly while being very respectful of our home.

    3 service calls - amazing service!

    I've used J.Kelly's on three separate occasions and each one has been great. They are professional, on-time, honest and have an incredible amount of integrity. They fixed my AC once (solenoid), diagnosed a simple switch issue when my furnace died, and replaced the circuit board on my furnace all within the last 12 months. On the last service call, I asked them to check my humidifier, and they told me it died. Instead of upselling me on a new one with install costs, I purchased one directly from them and Neil even walked ME through the electrical install after calling to see how I did with it. Incredible group of folks that just do great work.

    New Boiler

    We were very happy with the service and support we received from Joseph and Neil Kelly, they helped us find the right product for us and happily answered all of our questions. The installation went very well, the crew was on time, very thorough and very clean and tidy. We highly recommend J. Kelly's Heating

    Pressure Test

    Scott arrived promptly and did a full pressure test of my gas lines, all with a smile and a passion for what he does. Another company told me it would take 3 hours and Scott did it in less than 1/2 the time. He also noticed the furnace exhaust pipes outside were not properly installed and he proactively fixed them. Proficiency and passion coupled with honesty - can't ask for more.

    Excellent Company

    I have met both Neil and his father. I recently a gas line installed for a new stove. They did a neat, professional job. Vas went beyond the call of duty to help me with my new stove. Neil is always available to answer any questions. He thoroughly explains everything. I recommend them.

    New Furnace

    Furnace Not Working

    Company came highly recommended. We are not cost sensitive. Attended our house and said all we needed was a new "flint". Did not have the part. Ordered it but did not arrive on time. Once arrived came to install it. Then did significant other work without confirming instructions, and installed significant other parts, and asked for approx. $1000 when no quote had been provided. Not the way to do business at all. Felt like a typical rip-off. But - company owner intervened and resolved the matter for us. It may just have been an honest misunderstanding. They did good work - just make sure to get a quote in writing up front.

    Replace boiler

    The boiler was serviced on Dec 23rd in the morning and deemed hazardous due to high levels of leakage of carbon monoxide. Regardless of this very bad timing Kelly's Heating was able to secure a new boiler and an entire team in install it on Dec 24 . Arriving at 7 am and leaving just after 2pm all was completed perfectly in a friendly professional manner. Excellent service. Thank you for getting me heat for Christmas Eve.

    Boiler replacement

    Our boiler died in early March of 2014 during the especially LONG and COLD winter. J Kelly had a great price, got to us very quickly, and got us heat the same day that they started working. A huge relief with a newborn in the house. These guys are great. I would not hesitate to call them again, now that I have hired them and experienced their great work and service. I even met Joe Kelly himself.
