Thank you for your review Johnny. As discussed through many emails and phone calls with yourself, your wife and Jaimco staff, Jaimco does not warranty glass breakage. I would suggest you call any door and window company and you will find that glass breakage is never covered under any kind of warranty. Seal and seal failure would be covered by the manufacturer of the glass and given the info you relayed to us, they deemed this not part of warranty. We offered to change the piece out for you at our cost as again, glass breakage is not a warrantied service. We are glad to hear you had it resolved and would encourage you to review the email that were sent to you during this time as we most definitely did respond and tried to address your concerns. We are disappointed that you were not happy with the service you received at Jaimco and we have noted your concerns for future training purposes. thank you from Jaimco
