We renovated our kitchen and changed the floors on most of our main floor, K-wood did an unbelievable job, they were an absolute pleasure to work with, it was so easy having them in my house everyday. The cost was more then fair and their work is impeccable. I highly recommend them and would 100% use them again. They were also on time with everything. Great experience and I now LOVE my kitchen. We hired K-Wood Kitchen to renovate 3 bathrooms and the laundry room in our condo. K-Wood was highly recommended by my friend who recently renovated his kitchen. We interviewed a few contractors and many contractors don't like working in condo as there are many regulations as well as restrictive work hours. Although K-Wood wasn't the cheapest, they were definitely the most professional and reliable. Mr. Wong helped us to pick out the materials and provided invaluable suggestions on design and layout. We made a few modifications along the way and the workers were always accommodating and patient. The whole renovation took about 6 weeks. We had done a lot of renovations in our previous house and I have never seen neater workers than K-Wood. They took the time to line and clean the work area everyday. That makes living inside the renovation site much more bearable for our family. Leo also updated us on the work schedule to make sure that our deadline is met. All in all, it's a smooth project. We are seasoned home owners and have high standard and requirements for our renovation. I'm impressed with the quality of work delivered. We've invited a few friends over to see our renovated bathrooms and they're all impressed. K-Wood even did some touch ups for us throughout the condo which was much appreciated. I have no hesitation recommending this company. Renovation is often a very stressful process and K-Wood has made it a breeze for us!

We hired K-Wood to do complete reno, remove old, install new cupboards, countertop, sink, plumbing, backsplash. They were always on time, very professional, fixed any item or change immediately and was all done on schedule and budget. Very pleased with our high quality new kitchen would hire them again without thinking twice.

Our puppy chewed the corner of a kitchen door including the veneer siding. When I contacted the company who had originally done the kitchen renovations, I discovered they had gone out of business. I began to investigate options but discovered that the businesses I contacted were not really interested in this "smaller type project". I began to panic; however, I had emailed K-Wood Kitchens as I was checking out different companies on-line. Joe responded right away and we began communicating by email with my situation and his ideas. I even sent him pictures by email so he could see my dilemma. After a visit to his store with the chewed evidence, Joe assured me that he could make another cabinet door and he was able to match the side panel perfectly. Last night, two employees arrived to install the side panel, kick plate and cabinet door. It was very impressive watching these talented craftsmen at work. They had the installation completed in 40 minutes. They even took their shoes off outside. And they brought their own shop-vac to clean up. Joe deserves high praise for his professionalism, interest and attention to our problem. I felt that Joe cared about helping us to fix our cabinet door, even though to his company, he probably did not make any money. The cost was very reasonable for such specialist type work. I really thought customer service had gone the way of the dinosaurs but Joe demonstrated a sincere interest in us as his customers. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Joe!

Joe and the crew at K-wood have been a pleasure to work with. Joe responded to our emails and phone calls promptly, and he was very accommodating with coming out to measure on a number of occasions and making changes to our initial plans. We are very happy with the quality of work, service, pricing, and their turn-around time. They had our custom bathroom vanity built and delivered within 2 weeks! Thank you!

I went to this store on the recommendation of my mother who had been happy with the cabinets she had received from this location. I can only assume that in her case the working relationship she got from them was a better experience than mine. In my case however, what I thought was a fairly simple task, replace my bathroom vaniety, turned into a very complex problem. My first thought was that they would come to my place to confirm the replacement specs and whatnot. But they insisted they would not come on site (too small a job for them) and that they would prefer to get a photo and measurements. I noted that the existing countertop would still be used, but they assured me that would not matter. I talked to my contractor who reluctantly warned me K-Wood really should be responsible for the measurements themselves. Feeling a bit nervous about this, I paid extra for K-Wood to come onsite and do the measurements. One week later they delivered a cabinet that was too tall and did not fit. K-Wood suggested my contractor should be cutting the cabinet to fit onsite, but I noted that I had paid for them to measure it to fit. K-Wood suggested removing the plastic caps at the bottom of the vaniety and letting the cabinet sit directly on the floor at which point the contractor told me K-Wood obviously didn't know what they were talking about. And since K-Wood told me to place the cabinet directly on the floor of my bathroom, potentially exposing it directly to water, I had to agree. To their credit, K-Wood agreed to (at half price) correct the problem and assured me they would deliver it in a couple days. They did, but it was then too short - after a couple more ridiculous solutions from K-Wood, they asked to give me a refund and gave up leaving me two weeks later STILL with no cabinet. I realized I DID NOT want their product anyway and accepted the refund. A couple days later I talked to another cabinet maker who came over, measured the space, and within a week had installed a perfectly suitable cabinet - with no issues or drama. All I can say is, if their style works for you, by all means go ahead, but if you have anything custom, be wary. Good luck.

We completely gutted our kitchen and main floor powder room. We are very satisfied with the job. Joe was very helpful and accommodating as the sales and project manager. The installation crew were on-time, competent and respectful. One of the best reno experiences I've ever been through. A few months later, I chipped my counter top and call Joe to get advice on how to fix. He sent someone over and fixed it free of charge! Thanks Joe and K-Wood!

K-Wood offered excellent service, very affordable pricing and quality custom made cabinets which helped transform our kitchen into a beautiful space. We have gotten compliments that our new kitchen looks like the ones they see in the high end design magazines. The whole K-Wood team were very easy to deal with and they worked with us from planning and design to installation to end product. Thanks K-Wood, Highly Recommended.

we expanded our kitchen and wanted to match existing cabinets. we went to builders supplier, Paris Kitchen, who ignored us, didn't even have decency to refer us elsewhere. we were lucky to have found kwoodkitchens through family that used their services. they were able to match our cabinets and also find us granite counters, and contractors to install. .

When planning our kitchen reno we shopped around for the best quality for the price. K-Wood was recommended by a friend of ours who had used them prior and after getting a quote and meeting with them we decided that the offered the best quality for the value. Joe from K-wood was great and helpful when planning the kitchen and he did a great job with measurements and layout. They also delivered on time as promised and installation was smooth. Would definitely recommend them for your new kitchen cabinets.
