One year out, still happy!
NOTE: the amount cited above includes the cost of fixtures that we purchased from the fixture suppliers. It has been a year since we remodeled our bathroom with the help of K-Wood Kitchens. We love it as much now as on the first day of completion! When we decided that the main bathroom in our 1960s era house needed an upgrade, we consulted with neighbours who had had renovations done in their similar houses. This enquiry produced a short list of two suppliers, one of which was K-Wood Kitchens. We viewed the work that each supplier had done in our neighbours homes. Both were excellent, so we requested quotes from each. K-Woods quote was substantially more expensive, but the consultative offering that included 3D computer modelling to help us visualize our ideas more than made up the difference. In retrospect, now that we know how many decisions had to be made to produce the final result, we realize how lucky we were to have chosen K-Wood. K-Woods advisor Endrina accompanied us diligently along the decision path, sometimes providing samples herself and sometimes hooking us up with external partners to help us find the right fittings and fixtures. We are glad that we chose K-Wood Kitchens for our bathroom renovations and, should we have need for future renovations in our home, we would not hesitate to hire them again.

kitchen renovation
I was planning a kitchen renovation with K-Wood when an unexpected dishwasher malfunction made it necessary not only to expedite the project, but also to replace much of the flooring in our condo. Endrina made it all happen in impressive and timely fashion. She and her team were wonderful to work with - pleasant, responsive, helpful, and full of good ideas. The result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that we are enjoying very much.

Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry Room, Custom Cabinets
K-Wood is such a wonderful company! I work in the construction industry and one of my cabinet trades recommended them to me when I was looking to flip my home. Joes been helping me renovate everywhere Ive lived for the 10 years from custom cabinets and laundry rooms to bathrooms and kitchens. We just finished my grand kitchen project this year that Ive been dreaming of since I started with my first house flip in 2014. Fantastic company and always a warm welcome when I come into the shop. I recommend them to everyone!

Bathroom renovation
We had our 20+ year ensuite bathroom totally gutted and redone. Simon from K-Wood and his team were fantastic! Professional, pleasant and easy to work with. They left the house spotless every day. The work is high quality and came within budget/original quote. The custom built vanity and cupboard give us tons of storage room. Any problems were resolved immediately. They also offered great design suggestions. We would highly recommend Simon and K-Wood!

Kitchen Remodel
With our kitchen definitely showing its age, we decided to embark on a thorough renovation. The plan was to reproduce the basic layout with modern cabinets, countertops, appliances and lighting. We started the process by visiting the informative showroom at K-Wood Kitchens which we and close relatives had used a few times before. At the showroom, we contacted Ryan who had skillfully coordinated a previous project, and we arranged a site visit. On coming to our house, Ryan easily understood our concept and recommended some improvements that we approved and he incorporated in the preliminary drawings. The proposed layout mirrored the existing one with the notable exception of the removal of a bulkhead which enabled the cabinets to reach the ceiling. Another salient difference was the replacement of a built-in peninsula table by a free-standing table. With the assistance of K-Woods interior designer Endrina and the helpful samples in the showroom, the selection of materials and colors was effectively handled. Ryan prepared detailed design drawings and a schedule which his team fulfilled admirably. During the course of the project, the work crews worked diligently from early morning into the early evening. They made every effort to minimize dust by setting up plastic barriers and vacuuming throughout the project. Ryan was responsive to any concerns that we raised and dealt with them promptly. Our only criticism was that there were times when the sole crew member at our house did not speak English. Fortunately, however, we were always able to contact Ryan quickly and he would resolve the issue by talking to the team member on the phone. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the custom cabinets, quartz countertops with matching quartz backsplash, recessed and under-cabinet lights, as well as the installation workmanship. The entire project was handled professionally within the proposed timeline and budget. We highly recommend K-Wood and renovation coordinator Ryan.

Bathroom reno
I had an excellent experience with K Wood Kitchens & Bath for a bathroom renovation on a rental property. Endrina was a dream to work with, her team worked hard and met expectations for the schedule. I am very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a reliable renovation team.

2400 square foot reno
We enlisted K-Wood to reno our entire condo. Clement and his team made this project seamless and stress free as they went the extra mile to address broad spectrum attention to detail on every level. Clement skillfully and creatively managed each and every circumstance in this large scope of work. The project came to completion on time and all obstacles were worked through. In spite of all the many challenges and conditions surrounding this project, Clement remained thorough, reliable and hugely resourceful. We have never encountered such an absolute professional with such a strong work ethic along with an abundance of integrity. We would not hesitate to highly recommend K-Wood as the most consummate professionals for any reno endeavor.

Kitchen Remodel
We had our entire kitchen remodeled by K-Wood Kitchens & Bath. We are extremely pleased with our new custom cabinetry, K-Stone quartz countertop, new sink and faucet, new floor, appliances, backsplash and fixtures. This was an excellent experience from start to finish because Endrina was always very quick to respond to questions and would immediately provide us with options and recommendations. Endrina had everything well planned so that there were no surprises in the process and the scheduling of her work team which ran like clockwork without any hitches or second thoughts. The work team was very respectful of my home. From laying down flooring covering to vacuuming after every day & so much more. K-Wood Kitchens & Bath is very knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. The work is high quality where the work team ensured that every installation was done as close to perfect, as possible. Most importantly the whole project was delivered on time and on budget. I highly recommend K-Wood Kitchens & Bath for your renovation needs and I will continue to use K-Wood Kitchens & Bath for my next renovations as I have already recommended them to my neighbours and friends.

Full Kitchen Reno
Enlisted Endrina and her teams to handle the total gut and remodel of our kitchen. From design to completion, every detail was handled professionally. We appreciate the care they took to protect the rest of the house with zippered tents, minimizing dust during demolition. All progress was communicated with a clear picture of what was being done. From new window, door, plumbing, electrical, custom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, appliance installation, and detailed finishing, we are completely satisfied with the results. I was happy that all our minor changes were well received and accommodated during progression of the work, which made a huge impact to my overall satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with Endrina, AJ, and everyone from K-Wood, and glad to have entrusted them to create a beautiful space where our precious family memories are created. Would definitely use them again and recommend highly.

Another job well done
Having completely renovated our main floor a few years ago with K Wood, we called Endrina again to plan a basement renovation. We had the same great service we experienced previously. Endrina works tirelessly with the client and returns calls immediately. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is possible. It is so nice to see a company that has employees who have a work ethic, sing while they work, smile, laugh and go with the flow, even when you change your mind. Our basement is now bright, full of built in storage, a cozy gas fireplace with great tiling by David. a stream lined office and a laundry room/sewing room that is modern and great to work in. Endrina is wonderful at picking tiles, advising on materials and deals with any headaches. K Wood starts when they say they will and work until the project is completed. As a family we have called on K Wood 6 times to do renovations and recommended them to neighbours and friends. We are all very happy with the finished results. A pleasure to work with K Wood again.
