This past August we contracted K-wood to renovate our 2 bathrooms. Although K-wood is based in the east end and we are located in the west end, we chose K-wood based on their reviews and our comfort level with Endrina (and AJ), our designer. We are so grateful that we found K-wood and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a company that is professional, provides high quality workmanship and shows respect for your home. We didn't feel any of the stress that came with our past renovations because K-wood coordinated everything from start to completion. Our payment schedule was clearly outlined based on completed timelines and signed off with payment receipts. Our emails, calls & concerns were quickly dealt with & were never left unanswered.
Our renovation team, the same 2 workers everyday, (Uncle Bun & Du) were always on time, polite, offered solutions or recommendations when asked before design installation, and performed end of day clean up like clockwork.
Both were exceedingly accommodating whenever we asked for minor imperfections to be corrected. They fixed it without hesitation or complaints but rather encouraged you to point things out to them to ensure that you are completely satisfied every step of the way.
The coordination of deliveries including materials, cabinets & glass installation were on point. We were always kept in the loop and informed of changes. K-wood also ensured that all garbage resulting from the reno was collected and removed at the end of day.
Our experience with K-wood was such a positive one that we encourage anyone without hesitation to reach out to them. We look forward to working with them in the future & wish them continued success on setting the bar at a high level.
