Kayland Construction exceeded our expectations and did an incredible job in our basement. From the first time I met Dino I knew I was going to give him my business because of his honesty and his knowledge of the industry. He is a humble business man and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I must have met or talked to 10 different basement companies, some of which are the top rated on Homestars, but none of them gave me the comfort that Dino did. Dino and his crew became a part of our family for the 6 weeks he was doing the renovation. His constant follow up, advice, and recommendations made us feel very comfortable with our decision in choosing them. They do the little things right that most people don't notice but make a big difference in your home. I would not hesitate to recommend Kayland to anyone and would not waste my time looking at any other company. I am pretty picky when it comes to things and Kayland blew away my expectations with regards to quality, ability to deliver on time, workmanship, customer service, and price. He treated my home like it was his own. I will definitely use them for other renovation projects in the future and consider him one of the best contractors I have ever worked with...If you are looking to get a Basement done or get any other renovation done do not waste your time with any other company...call Dino at Kayland Construction.

so my mother-in-lw moved in and we have separate bath and shower area, but she doesn't need a bath, but we did need a kitchenette for independent living. seems simple? if you call Dino it is ... we needed electrical / soundproofing / cabinets / new toilets .... Dino Solved all our issues ... call him.

The installers arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. I would definitely recommend Kayland Construction to anyone and will use them for my next renovation project.

Needed upstairs bathroom and main floor powder room updated, hasn't been touched since the house was built in the 70's. Dino brought in the experts to do the job right and they were very professional and quick to come up with solutions when issues arise. Dino is very reputable and rectified any issues/concerns we brought up. We were on vacation when the big rain storm hit. We asked if he can have his guys move our stuff in the basement to a safer/drier area and no questions asked, it was done. We've been happy with all the work he's done for us and will definitely call him again for our next big project.

Kayland Construction did a great renovation in our washroom shower stall. The stall was completely redone and the plumbing was also redone. They were quick and efficient. Left very little mess. They made sure that it was in working order. Very friendly and professional too. We've been using the shower stall for the last month and it's been working well.

Project started in October finished in March all permits paid by home owner all inspections passed When you meet Dino, you;ll know you are dealing with a vetran builder. He is a third generator builder and all his family members are in various trades. If you are looking for a HOLMES on HOMEs builder, CALL DINO! he doesn't just fix what you asked for, he'll fix your house to make sure you live in a safe and confortable house. something you will enjoy .... his plumber is amazing! ... when you see his work, you'll understand why I say this.... he's fast, talented and will make recommendations via Dino on what needs to be done. My 1800sp ft condo in Mississagua needed a pick me up so I call Dino at Kayland Contruction Concepts. I have used Dino in the past on many projects at different homes in my family. Dino and his crew are awesome! Attention to detail, keen eye in design and overall, generous. Dino replaced all of my wall plates after the paint job, he thought that needed to be upgraded....Dino did not charge me for that. Dino also noticed a light fixture needed to be replaced, Dino went out and picked one up to match the decore. Dino and his crew gave my kitchen the best makeover ever!!! He also removed all the wallpaper in the bathrooms and painted the entire condo and all this was done within a week. Dino and his crew left my place spotless! I would recommend Kayland Construction Concepts to everyone, especially if they want an honest hard working contractor.

We had the basement in our 23-year-old home finished by Dino at Kayland Construction Concepts last year and couldn't be happier! Dino and his sub-contractors did a fabulous job. It is now a warm, comfortable space that enhances the enjoyment and comfort of our home. Dino made numerous suggestions for maximizing the space and improving upon our original vision that we wouldn't have thought of. We very much enjoyed working with Dino -- he is honest, reputable and skilled, but most of all, he takes pride in the quality of his work and that of his sub-contractors.

What can I say WOW what a great general contractor! I just want to say what a pleasure it is to finally find a contractor that takes pride in his work. I've worked with Dino and his crew on many projects this year as the electrical contractor his sites are the cleanest jobs I've ever seen and he knows how to schedule the trades his projects come out looking great and all inspected too. I'm proud too say I work along side Dino and his crew because at the end of the day your only good as your last job well done boys. Hope to do more work with you in 2013!

Awesome work, Great quality, Fantastic results! This is how I'd describe Kayland Construction Concepts in a nut shell... We approached Dino and his company to take on this large project of ours which consisted of demolishing the main floor of our 3,000 sq./ ft. home, Removing all the floor tile, par kay flooring, drywall ceilings, and some walls, gutting the kitchen, taking down 80's brick fire place, and removing popcorn ceilings on 2nd floor. Then it had to be put all back together which is where they really made the difference. All his trades were pleasant to deal and respected our home throughout the entire project as we were living in the basement and sleeping on the second floor. This was very difficult for us and the children, however they did everything possible to make it a smooth journey for us. We are very pleased with our choice in Kayland Construction and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work. This is truly refreshing in knowing that the Good & Honest contractor still exists! Thanks Boys
