    Finished Basement

    We can't say enough good things about Dino and company... we are so happy that we hired Kayland for our basement project. From our initial meeting to the final day of work, Dino, Scott, Joey, and all the tradespeople were fantastic to work with. They were always happy to answer all of our questions, and easily accommodated any changes to the original plan (like asking day one to entirely change the basement access and build a new run of stairs!). The job was finished on time, at the agreed upon cost, and at the highest level of workmanship. It is easy to see why Dino waits for his trusted trades because both they and his employees do excellent work. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is clearly evident. We would not hesitate to recommend Dino and Kayland Construction Concepts to friends and family.

    Bathroom remodel

    We love our bathroom remodel, Not only did Dino listen to what we wanted, he provided us with ideas that we didn't think of ourselves. The project cost was reasonable and we weren't surprised at the end by any unexpected charges. Dino and his team were hardworking, courteous, and always professional. The project was done on schedule and the workmanship was fantastic. I would highly recommend Kayland Construction Concepts.

    Bathroom renovation.

    Kayland construction was a contractor that I would highly recommend. They were highly professional, punctuation, and went over and beyond their scope of work. Dino and Scott were the best trade we have encountered over the ten years of owning our home. Also I would without a doubt hire them again for our next projects.

    Basement Renovation

    I had Dino come over and give me an estimate to completely finish my basement in my 5 year old house. Dino was one of 6 people i had come out to give me an estimate. Three of these people told me not to bother with an electrical permit as "we do everything to code, and why worry about the added expense". What a joke. Dino was clear in the fact that he was going to pull an electrical permit for the renovation and that the cost of such a permit is not expensive. When it came to the total price, Dino wasn't the cheapest nor was he the most expensive. His price came in within reason and his knowledge of the scope of work to be performed made me comfortable to give him the job. Dino and Scott started work the day they said and kept me informed every step of the way. The work area was cleaned & swept every night and that was comforting as my kids were very excited about the basement renovation and they would go downstairs every couple of nights to see how it was coming along. The final product was completed when promised and it looks and feels great. The spray foam insulation was a great choice and so far this winter it has kept the basement nice and toasty. I can rest assured that the work done behind the drywall was completed just as good as the work you can see. I would recommend Dino and Kayland Construction to anyone looking to do a home renovation project.

    Kitchen renovation

    We love our kitchen! Dino and his crew of tradespeople did a terrific job with a full kitchen remodel. We had some design challenges with the existing kitchen and worked through everything as a team. Professional, polite, easy to work with and all-round nice guy. The kitchen looks great - we highly recommend Kayland Construction.

    Basement renovation

    We personally would like to thank Dino and his crew for an outstanding basement renovation. From the moment we met with Dino we instantly knew that we were in good hands. He actively listened to our list of requirements and provided us with insightful suggestions and recommendations. Dino consistently provided us with timeline updates throughout the course of construction. From start to finish he was always available to answer any questions that we had. The crew were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and professionalism that Dino and his crew demonstrated. Their attention to detail was impeccable. We truly had a positive experience and we highly recommend anyone thinking about of a home improvement to contact Dino at Kayland Concepts.

    Basement Reno

    Our small basement floor replacement turned into an unexpected gutting of our entire basement due to some serious water damage. As our budget was much smaller then the now new required work Dino was amazing helping us keep our costs down and giving us options to work with. Our new basement is now dry and has so much more useable space it's really quite amazing. We are so thankful for choosing to work with Dino and his crew as they were professional, skilled and just super nice guys. We are hoping to tear down our garage / shop in the next few years and rebuild a new one and there is no question that we will be contacting Dino for this job! Thanks so much Dino!

    Richmond Hill Kitchen

    Dino and his trade were presented with aggressive project timelines in order to coincide with kitchen cabinet installers and he was able to meet those timelines. This was a complete gut of a kitchen and Dino did a great job isolating the area and keeping the mess within the construction zone. The trades Dino used were professional and experts in their field. Dino would listen to our wants and needs and would provide feedback and ensure the direction we were suggesting met electrical and building code guidelines. Some constructive feedback would suggest that Dino clearly communicates any additional fees being incurred by the homeowner throughout the project vs. when it is near completion since those small changes can add up. Overall this was our 2nd project with Kayland Concepts and was again a pleasant experience. Thanks Dino!

    Total Home Renovation

    Once again we cannot say enough about the exceptional service and high quality of work we received from Kayland construction. Dino and his crew took on the huge task of completely gutting our century old home and making it into the wonderful space we now live in. At every step of the way he consulted with us to make sure things were done right. As always his attention to detail and quality workmanship has transformed our vision into a wonderful family home. We wouldn't trust our future renovations to anyone else! Thanks Dino!
