After doing extensive research to select my electrical contractor, I picked Kiya for his knowledge base (interviewed 6 contractors). I was very pleased with the work he did as he really knows what he is doing and always is careful and clean. He had other workers at times, but was always on site working along side and supervising. This is very important. I had recently moved - so had a pretty extensive job required. Some of the jobs needed included 27 stair lights supplied and installed across 4 different stair cases, many chandeliers installed, new potlights supplied and installed, numerous lutron switches installed, all electrical plugs changed, some plugs moved and/or added, roughing for new kitchen build, all kitchen related lights installed (under cabinet, etc), deck lights connected, etc. I was doing a big reno with various other jobs so Kiya was great at coordinating and meeting my schedule with the new kitchen build and ceiling work as well to ensure all jobs lined up for timing. Overall, I would recommend Kiya to others. Pricing was fair - you get what you pay for and don't want to cut corners on electrical work. Thanks Kiya for your hard work and dedication. Appreciate it.

Kiya and his men are a very hard working team. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Kiya was professional, considerate and honest. I knew that I was in good hands. He made me aware of things that I hadn't noticed. The knob and tube removal along with some new lighting in my old house gave them challenges but they persevered and did a great job. The price that I was quoted was fair. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. I have already passed on his name. Thank you Kiya, Jack and Ali.

Can't say enough about the knowledge, craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail I received from Kiya Sunrise Electrical Ltd. - from the initial consultation to the final installation there were no hiccups or surprises. After the upgrade to my electrical service and the wiring of my hot tub and covana, my backyard oasis was complete. Kia took all safety precautions into consideration and beautified my project by obscuring all wires from sight and protecting them from the environment and nature's critters. Kia started and finished on time, every time and kept me informed at every stage of the project. I would gladly use his services again.

Got a quote from another electrician and he told me he had to insert 15 holes in each wall of my house to remove knob and tube and so I would have to reapint for an additiona great sum. Kiya is a professional who knew how to do this project while making only a few holes in my walls because he ran everything through the attic. He cares and replaced many other things to make my house up to code. Received an inspection pass without an inspector visiting because Kiya has an inspection license himself so is trusted by the inspectors - He got me an esa certificate and everything i needed for my insurance. Saved lots and he did an amazing job

We hired Kiya for the installation of potlights and outlets for our basement Reno. He was very reasonably priced and arrived on time. After starting they found knob and tube and illegal junction boxes and dodgy wiring throughout the house, including improper potlights in a new kitchen Reno from the previous owner. Kiya offered us great solutions in how to fix these problems at a fair price. He even went out of his way of taking the initiative and installing baby-proof outlets for us (I was 6 months pregnant with our first child). His team was thoughtful, courteous, clean, ontime and on budget. Our house is now safe and is completely energy saving LED.

My wife and I bought an old house that was 100% knob and tube, had very little light and few outlets. Kia was highly recommended to us, and I'm very glad that he was. Kia and his team are excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone. Kia came when he said he would, gave us a very fair price and was thoughtful and forward-thinking when planning lights and outlets working with us to ensure that the plan met our real-life needs. He and his team did quick, detailed work on-time and completely within the budget we agreed upon. He even came back after the job was done to fix some mistakes that I made when planning outlet locations. Bottom line: Kia is an honest professional with decades of experience. He charges a very fair price for his work and he is a good man.

Kia helped me with the electrical rewiring of my newly purchased house in High Park Swansea including removal of the knob & Tube wiring on the ground floor and some rooms on the 2nd floor and installing the new electrical panel. His quote was not the cheapest but I trusted my gut and decided to go with him. Wonderful experience. The whole project was finished within days. Kia is a very reasonable and good-hearted man. Never pushed me into doing anything extra unnecessary. Promised that the quote was the maximum he was going to charge me and he kept his promise. Don't forget that his fee also includes the post-wiring patch-up work, which a lot of other electrical companies do not do. The showerhead of the bathroom in the basement was not working and my realtor tried to help but made a huge hole in the wall. I was terrified and told Kia when he called to follow up on things. Without me even asking, he offered to come to my house and patch the wall the next day. I am so grateful for that. Overall, Kia is a man you can trust and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic work. Well organized, helpful, efficient and extremely high quality job. Removed all the knob and tube writing + put in pot lights in our 100yo home in a minimally invasive way. Patched / cleaned any holes that were made for access and looks like they were never there. A true professional we would recommend to anyone.
