Kiya is a great guy. He genuinely cares about the work and making sure that the work is done in good order. He gave us multiple perks including a automatic light sensor over our front door (which our friends have commented on as an excellent idea), and helped install all of our new light fixtures. He's also very reachable by phone and helped us out throughout the week when we had questions. And he patches afterwards! Thanks Kiya for your help!

Kia Daliri really knows his field. He was able to tell me what was wrong jut by me describing the issue on the phone. When he checked it in person he was able to figure out the issue within a few minutes. Something that 3 other electricians were not able to diagnose properly before Kia. I highly recommend Mr. Daliri.

I have used Kiya a few times. Once to replace the knob and tube in our house and later to put in a dryer connection to our upstairs unit. Today we were having a problem with a major appliance. Kiya was in the area and stopped by within ten minutes. He spent close to half an hour troubleshooting the problem and it turns out it is not the panel or the wiring, but rather the appliance. Kiya did not charge us for his time. I can't tell you how surprised I was. We will use him again and recommend him as highly as possible. This level of ongoing support after a job is unprecedented and so appreciated.

Kia is amazing. We got everything we asked for and more. We had a flood from a top floor faucet ruin most of our home. We decided while the walls were open we would get some pot lights, add switches and new outlets, power for a kitchen island, etc. Once Kia started the work he found live knob and tube in our home. He brought me in to show me where it was live and we had him come back to take out the knob and tube. His prices are very reasonable and he goes above and beyond. He found that an outlet next to our kitchen sink was somehow connected to our fridge and if the reset button was activated on the outlet our fridge would turn off! He switched that for no charge. I will be having Kia back to do any and all electrical work we need!

Kia is reliable,hardworking, courteous and all around one of the best contractors in terms of price, professionalism and quality. His knowledge is above anyone's standards and he is always willing to take the time to help you understand what he is doing and teach. He is beyond amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Kia and his team worked on a lighting installation at our home which included LED pot lights, dimmers, chandelier, and flush mount installation. He also helped us with other needed items like hiding TV cords behind the wall, taking out old landline cords and switches, replacing outlet covers, and removing old fixtures. Kia and his team did an excellent job and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality service. They have very strong attention to detail and are very knowledgeable. He makes the process easy and pleasant by explaining the options and providing a clear recommendation (such as between different spotlights etc.). You learn a lot about lighting from him through the process. They were also very fast. He came over the same day I called him and provided a detailed quote that day. They started work two days later and we were finished by the end of the week! He is also very trustworthy as he did not always recommend the most expensive option. He was happy to help with smaller items like moving a wifi box, removing old switched etc. outside the scope of work. He was very patient with us and responsive to any feedback, and was great with our children who were often milling about. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kia and his team to anyone. The experience was fast, very high quality, and pleasant and our home looks great!

Kiya was the 3rd recommended electrician we spoke to--the others just didn't show up after quoting us and getting the job. Kiya came over within 30 minutes of my first call to meet with us. Within days he'd arranged for everything we needed (including inspection and in the dead cold of January!). Kiya is a very reliable man with a strong work ethic. We'll definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him!

Our home had a series of electrical repairs and improvements required that Kia completed including: - convert fuse box to circuit breaker - installation of GFCI plugs in the bathrooms, - rewiring 9 outlets that were hot/neutral reversed, - fixing a kitchen outlet that did not work, - replacing pot lights that had transformers to LED, - adding additional light switch to front of garage - pool heater electrical cord casing When we called Kia he was very responsive, friendly and made us feel at ease when he came to provide us a quote. Once details were arranged he was punctual on the day of work and explained the progress on the work that he was doing including removing a cupboard from our basement to access the master power switch which he then reinstalled. All of the work that Kia did was clean and we are 100% pleased with the quality of his work and level of customer service.
