    Online mattress and delivery

    We purchased a mattress set online from Leon's. I haven't had the best luck with Leon's I'm the past in terms of quality of products but this is a mattress made by a third party and it's been years so maybe they've improved right? WRONG! Delivery was set out for about a month later. I work away a few months at a time. My partner arranged the delivery. Seems easy enough. After waiting for 6 hours the mattress finally arrived! The delivery driver came to the door and requested a paper imprint of both our credit cards (we put it on 2). My partner explained that I work away for months at a time. The driver called his manager but no go. They got back in their truck and drove off. AT NO TIME during the online purchase was this stated... and when my partner arranged delivery this was not explained either. Needles to say I called and demanded a full refund. The "customer support" was rude and sarcastic. NEVER AGAIN. The Brick here we come!

    Leon's from hell

    In April 2016 I purchased 2 electric recliners. I also purchased the warranty. It's now September the recliners are 5 months old and the one recliner which is used all the time is sagging in the seat. They are poorly made for the money I paid. I phoned Leon's and talked to customer service and they said they had to send out a repair person, even though I requested my money back, I was told I had to wait and see what this person said. He came out with padding for the chair, I told him that he's not fixing anything as this chair is killing my back, and giving me a headache, and for the money I paid I just want my money back. Leon's called me a week later, and asked me why I refused repair and I told them that for a chair that is only 5 months old and the seat sinking is just not acceptable. The one girl said I would have to pay for restocking fee, I said I cannot understand how they can put garbage back on the floor and pretend that there is nothing wrong with it. So said that I would have to talk to the manager. The manager said I cannot return the chair just because I don't like it, I said I don't like it because it's garbage and shouldn't fall apart in less than 5 months. Anyway she said I have to have it repaired as I don't have a choice in the matter. I'm not done with this matter with Leon's I will be contacting the better business bureau and also going to the newspaper to somehow get this resolved. Whatever happened to good customer service and the customer is always right. I told the manager that if I had to that I would sell the chairs, her response, she could care less what I did with the chairs. How nice is that.

    Beware of Leon's Furniture!! Horrible Experience

    Beware of Leon’s Furniture!! I had the most irritating last 2 months of my life dealing with Leon furniture. They are only good while selling the product and from that day onwards you will have to struggle for anything and everything. False commitment of delivery dates, false commitment of assembling, very rude delivery guys, completely unresponsive customer care (if at all they care), defected furniture and painful process of replacing it if they replace at all. The biggest shock was when heartland Mississauga store manager (Rohit) proposed to buy a new one instead of helping with fixing or replacing the defected furniture. He was the biggest *erk I have ever encountered. People who pick up your phone when you call are super rude and will treat you like you have made some mistake. Well the biggest mistake I did was to buy furniture from Leon's and that to a lot of it. My overall experience with Leon's Furniture was horrible and I will never enter that store again. I learned hard way and I hope people learn from my experience and stay away from Leon’s.

    Whirlpool Duet Washing Machine

    Leons has the worst customer service in the world. We are a family of 5 living in my household and our washing machine crapped out on us. Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty and were told at the time of purchase that they would either replace the washing machine/dryer with the same model or the next up model if anything happened to them. Well they now say that it is 70% of what you paid or they repair it. So we decided to go with repair. Well we have been without a washing machine going on 3 weeks now. I called customer service to see about our claim and the lady was not helpful at all. I asked to get head offices number and she stated that that location was head office. I said how sad it was that she was acting the way she was and they were head office, well, she laughed at me! WOW for a company that states this..."     Matress furniture service

    Bought matresss was a lil mislead by sales person i wanted softer so i thought got really firm with PLUSH top he called it plush i heard soft i bought thing hard as rock ..i have rheumatoid arthritis cant do hard..they waived 21 day waiting period ive now got soft bed new problem 7 days in bf n i bent in half with back pain too soft ..i now have to exchange another one their policy is you gotta buy more expensive one or equal i think i bought their highest one...is their no medium bed out there between a firm and soggy...i hate memory foam im menapausal i need cool ..foam is hot and another pet peeve every matress they make you buy new cover bc the old cover now isn't good for new waranty money grab sleep country i hear doesnt make you buy it...i hear ..this bed almost feels like its ten years old already soggy...but i like leons and my only warning about sofas is bonded leather anything that is junk no matter where you buy it...

    Sagging sofas and linen looks like fungus on them ...

    Worst customer service with poor quality of sofa ...replies as not there responsible as third party did not use good quality linen... Even tho we bought extended warranty don't buy anything from Leon's ... Too bad .. Worst csr Worst quality Too high prices Worst manager ...

    Livingroom furniture

    We have purhased this set from Leons and it broke within a couple of months. We contacred customer service because we purchased the iron clad extended warranty. This warranty wasnt worth the paper it was written on. We had to take pictures of the damaged furniture and send them in to them. They looked at the pictures and said "NO" it isnt in the warranty No one came to see it...or anything... just said no! This not our first experience with Leons and there horrible customer service and warranty...but I can guarantee it will be the last. We will tell everyone we see an blog every chane we get. It is not fair of a company to take our hard warned money an give us nothing in return.... Awful customer service...Salesperson DID NOT REPRESENT THE WARRANTY TRUTHFULLY and promised us the world... and gave us nothing. WARRANTY IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS AND SO IS THEIR PRODUCTS

    KITCHEN RANGE

    PURCHASED A RANGE AND PAID FOR IT MAY 15TH. After many many emails to their so called customer service and their warehouse locations I finally gave up trying to get my range which they were paid for. After nearly 2 months they kept saying it was on its way from their west end location to their Scarborough location and then it would be on the truck to me. The customer care people tell you it has been shipped and then when you phone their warehouse people they tell you that no it hasn't and is still sitting on their floor 2 months later. No one cared and the West end location finally told me they did not know if or even when I would ever get it. Hard to believe but true. I have never in my life had service (or lack of it) like that. They were very generous and said that they would let me cancel it after they had my money for a couple of months and they would not penalize me. I thought that was a good one, they won't penalize me when they took my money and didn't care if I ever got it and told me on more that one occasion that my range was on the truck on its way when in fact it was still sitting in their warehouse. NEVER AGAIN! HORRID SERVICE, AND ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE ! I HOPE THEY DO INDEED POST A CREDIT TO MY VISA. WE WILL SEE, WOULDN'T TRUST THEM AS FAR AS I COULD THROW THEM.

    Don't buy any glass coffee table from leones

    I got a coffee table from leons which was fully glass, about three weeks a go while every all of us where out for dinner, we came back from out and where shock to see the table was broken in to two peace And nothing heavy was on it exapt a tissue box and a candle and we spoke to the customer service they told us we can give you a new one for 250$ !!! And we bought from leones by Visa card which will give us Warinty up to 2 years we bought our hole furniture from Leons and we spent over 14.000$ in October 2014 and yet this is what we get from them

    I was looking for a dining room set. Found one that I absolutely loved, but it was a little above my limit. Anyway on way out I noticed a throw that I needed, it was on sale. So I grabbed 2 throws and am totally happy. I have bought couches before and a center table at Leon's same branch. I like the service I get and their products.
