We had a few quotes, of which Marsh was not the cheapest, but ultimately matched another quote. The service was excellent, and the installer who's name I forget (an east coaster), was the most professional guy I think I have met. He had other guys working with him, and I can honestly say I have never heard someone be a better leader than him. He was calm, collected, knew how to direct people and motivate them. I wish my industry had 100 people like this guy. Overall they did a fantastic job of installing and following up. There was a flaw in the fireplace, that they fixed within the week. Go with these guys. You will not regret it!

Marsh's provides prompt, courteous service of their products. Even after owning a fireplace for four years, they came and fixed it for us at no charge. Every time I've dealt with them, they've been amazing!

I was extremely happy with every aspect of our interactions with Marsh's. Ron in the showroom is very attentive and offered patient explanations to the various options we had, and followed up with a site visit to verify that it could work with the configuration in the house. With installation arranged, the guys turned up exactly when they said they would, were courteous, respectful of the work area and extremely professional. In the event, due to the existing chimney and fireplace, more problems were found that had not been anticipated, but these were dealt with with no fuss (or tutting!). I have no hesitation recommending Marsh's for advice on fireplaces and installation. Thank you for the great service!

Alan went above and beyond expectations when the original gas fireplace that we ordered would not arrive on time (a few months late) for a renovation that was on a tight schedule. He upgraded the fireplace to the highest quality, which was considerably more than what we were intending on paying, at no additional cost. The fireplace looks amazing and the service and attention to detail has been impeccable.

My wife and I purchased a wood stove from Marsh's and had them install it only to find out the stove was defective. Alan Baroey did not abandon us. On the contrary he went out of his way and replaced the defective wood stove with a newer model at no additional expense to my wife and I. We were treated like family by Alan and his staff and thank them for for making this a positive experience.
