These guys are absolutely the best. We dealt with a few different companies in the Vancouver area first, but are so glad we went with Mikes Flooring. From the moment we walked into their showroom, it was obvious that they were a cut above the rest. Absolutely loved the selection which we had not seen anywhere else, to the exemplary customer service (Nicole was friendly, knowledgeable and patient every time we spoke to her), to the quality and care taken by the installers, to the flexibility they showed us with a last minute schedule change they accommodated. We had a 10-star experience all the way through.

I find the employees in the store to be very helpful. Estimator was great! I placed my order online on of hardwood and installation.. they ordered the material and books dme in for installation. The installers were beyond perfectionist! They showed up eveyday on time. They installed our flora in a timely manner and made our walnut floors look beautiful! My husband and I were looking for vinyl plank flooring and stopped in the showroom. I have heard of Mikes Flooeing but have had no previous experience with them. While in the store we spoke with a nice lady. Not only did she listen to what our needs were but he directed us to the product that suited our needs and budget. she explained the installation process, products required and techniques that would improve our installation. I love this type of shopping experience. we booked the in home estimate. Estimator Osama came on time, took his time in measuring and explained to us the process as well. I should mention what a great price and product. If you are looking for vinyl plank flooring, you should to stop at mikes flooring. THe installers showed up in time, installed in a timely manner.
