I facilitated a new carpet install with Mike's Flooring at my ex wife's house. They were quick to come to the site and deliver an estimate. The estimate was well price however, I opted to remove the carpet and lift the close doors myself to save a little money as I am a handy person. On the day of the installation, they were professional, fast and did an excellent job. I would recommend them!

Bought laminate floor here, but installed myself. Floor was good - on discount. Pre-pay ordered some more floors of a different design for a different room, but it turned out the product was on back order from the manufacturer for weeks. I went to buy the extra flooring from somewhere else (needed a specific color fast), but due to a miscommunication the back ordered flooring still got ordered. Mike personally resolved the issue and refunded my expenses at no cost to me, which I'm sure many other companies wouldn't have done. Would recommend.

great service and suggestions. gave description to them of my room and they gave some ideas on color schemes. the carpet color they suggested looks great in room. also easy to clean and durable.

I went to Mike's flooring and carpet because I found out great review online. The first time there, I was in doubt of quality of the laminate floor since the store is quite small. After I got chance to chat with the sales woman, she provide me with professional suggestion on the color of the floor since it needs to match with my upstairs flooring, I was very impressed. It was great experience working with Mike.

Mike's did offer a good price on the laminate flooring, and did install it well. So for the most important parts of the service they did a good job. The parts we didn't love were the installers smoking and leaving their cigarette butts in our yard and some miscommunications around garbage removal. Specifically when we were talking with Mike at the store about the price and how to keep costs down Mike let us know that if we removed our carpet and baseboards ourselves and got rid of the carpet we would save costs with removal and dumping fees. As a result we ripped out our own carpet, baseboards and took it to the dump. The frustration was after they installed the laminate they left us all of the garbage associated with the installation. When I spoke to Mike on the phone about the garbage and tried to explain my frustration about leaving the garbage he let me know they could take it away for a fee (not a cheap one). I explained that when we talked in the store he let us know we should take the carpets out and take them to the dump ourselves he didn’t let us know we would be responsible for the garbage associated with the new flooring going in as well because had I known I would have waited for that garbage and only done one trip. Mike then referred to the small print in the contract that said I was responsible for this left over garbage. I told him it should have been stated to us that we would be responsible for the leftover garbage following the installation and I wasn't very happy with the service on this point, Mike’s response was that he didn’t want to me to be upset but was not willing to take the garbage away complained to me ‘Why do I want him to lose money’. The result in the end was that we didn't appreciate the lack of communication or service when miscommunications happened with Mike's and as a result didn't use them for completing flooring on the upper levels of our house.

Carpet for my place and wasn't sure what style or colour to go for as I didn't want it to show dirt etc because I have two dogs. The customer service was great as they helped me pick out style and colour and install day.

Mike, the owner himself came to do the measurement, provided floor samples and quotation. The floor wasn't exactly leveled therefore my bedroom door could not close, they had to trim the door to fix the problem.

The services provided for Mike's Carpet and Flooring was exceptional. Not only was the price reasonable, the team were able to help me in a timely matter and their advice was always well considered and honest. The carpets provided were of high quality and I would have them back at any time for any additional services.

Had a good experience with this company to clean my living room floor carpets. They were able to get out some tough stains from coffee spills and food spills as well. I am happy with the service provided.
