Service on the website chat and text was fast and responsive. The tech was running late due to another job and they did call me in the last half hour of the 2-hour window they said they would call me to let me know about the delay and then they called me again a couple hours to say that the tech would be arriving in 30-60 minutes so it had been longer than I originally expected dor them to start. Once the tech arrived, he was polite and professional. Worked with me to find the root of the plumbing issue and managed to resolve it. Other than the wait time, it was good professional service.

The Milani technician sent, Sia, was friendly and professional, assessed our furnace problem, and fixed it promptly within the first hour.

Austin helped fix the cartridge. He was professional and straight to the point. The service itself went smoothly. He advised me to get a spare and had me observe how to repair it for my knowledge.

Simon was friendly and communicative and after determining that the upstairs bathroom pipes were not the cause, recommended that I try a dehumidifier for a few weeks and IF the issue persists, then likely the wall in the upstairs bathroom will need to be opened.

I had some odd issues with my older 60 Gal electric hot water tank. Milani sent over Dawn to help me out. She was knowledgeable, efficient and even tolerated my dumb questions. Dawn gave me a good run down of my options and got us back up and running with hot water. I appreciate that she didn't push a new tank after I told her that I wanted to get a few more years out of the existing one. Excellent service. I know who I'm calling when I'm ready for a new hot water tank.

I had Brian from Milani come and install numerous lights. He did a great job! Arrived at predetermined time, explained anything we asked, cleaned up afterward. When needing some wiring for dishwasher install I asked specifically for Brian. Very personable and did a great job. I would ask for him at Milani for any electrical needs. Milani has also installed a heat pump/ac unit. Great crew all around. Clean up any mess. Id definitely use any of their services in future if needed.

Water leaking out around the base of the toilet. Called Milani & they scheduled a technician. Sam arrived on time, replaced the wax seal, cleaned up working area, wrote up the invoice and on his way in an hour. Sam was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with-highly recommend him. 10/10. Milani followed up with a phone call the next day to ensure we were satisfied with the service. First time experiencing this high level of service.

Daniel called 10 minutes before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to his truck to get the part. After fixing the leak in our sink, he advised us on how to proceed with getting a free estimate from Milani on a partial re-pipe of our home. He was wonderfully competent and amiable. We would recommend Daniel and Milani Plumbing without hesitation.

Milani technician did a yearly inspection by Kevin. Took measurements and did adjustments accordingly. Very knowledgeable and polite and courteous.
